Not a great restaurant but does serve food that is better than your Earl type outlets. A bit insipid decor with not a lot of warmth. Decent table cloths or mats would make it more comfortable. Hard to accept the other food reviews from the MacDonalds/KFC generation but more depth in the menu would go along way. Okay but not great.

Taps offers true fine dining, a very rare thing in Vancouver, let alone Surrey. Better than high-end restaurants downtown such as Nightengale's. Excellent food and wine. Service was impeccable, with well-trained staff always within eyesite to quickly respond. Expensive but fair for all they offer. Very impressed!

Awesome little restaurant with delicious food and attentive service! Lucas, our server, was wonderful. And the food, amazing! We enjoyed the Brie starter, and the beef tenderloin and lamb shank dinners. Great selection of wine, as well! We had a wonderful evening and will be back.

Very enjoyable evening for special birthday with friends--would certainly come again and would and have recommended to friends in the past.Wheelchair accessibility: I use a cane and it was easy to manage getting around in the restaurant. The only difficulty was on the entrance the tiles are uneven and may be a hazard. No problem for a wheelchair however.
Absolutely incredible! Our new spot for every birthday in the family. We wish we found out about this place sooner. The wine, the food was to die for. The service was incredible. We will be returning!
