Please upgrade the drive through speaker system. I don’t know what you are saying, you don’t know what I’m saying, it’s the most stressful part of my late night ice cream cravings. Otherwise, the service and food are fine.
We bought an icecream cake to bring to Whistler. The sales lady offer to give us a bag of ice. She actually gave us a box with ice and bag to make sure the cake won't fall down and cool enough. She is an amazing lady with excellent service. Thank you very much for your help! We will come again.

This was a frustrating visit. The gentleman at the order screen just now kept dismissing what I said saying "yeah yeah I got it" I clarified everything on the order several times because of it and his last comment was him getting frustrated. If he had just said my order back to me it would have been fine. In the end they missed some of the toppings. However, the person in our group with a tomato allergy did not get tomato and it was marked!The burgers were dry, missing the cheese....read full review
