“Squamish local. This is my favorite spot in Squamish. Casual, good music, view of the chief, massive portions, arcade machine while you wait. And most importantly (don’t let the above fool you), exceptional food.This isn’t a “fast food” spot. The building used to be a combo KFC/taco bell back in the day. These guys thought the fried chicken, Mexican combo was genius and took it to another level ? in the legacy building.Personally I’d recommend the taco salad, chimichanga, and spicy fried chicken. All are good, but spicy beef is my go-to proteinI do wish they’d grill/fry their burritos so they’re crispy on the outside. Still worth a 5 star review“
“So, I had been craving a good milkshake for a couple weeks .... McDs wasn't gonna cut it lol, but this wonderful little Cafe delivered! Yesterday on our ride we stopped in Squamish to eat, but all restaurants had over an hour wait. As we were contemplating our options we noticed we were standing in front of a small Cafe with 4, unoccupied, picnic tables in the shade, so we took a chance. We all agreed the food was amazing and my milkshake craving was beautifully answered!! If anyone is heading into or through Squamish I would recommend stopping by and helping this young business grow. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Parkside Cafe!!“
“Fergies is an amazing restaurant set in a beautiful area. I absolutely loved the design of the restaurant and it’s setting nestled along the river. I ordered the eggs al forno and they were so delicious there was not a single drop of food left on my plate. I can’t wait to visit BC again soon to come back here!“
“Great food, great service, great atmosphere!The beef dip should be added to a text book on how to do a smoked brisket beef dip. Lots of meat, super tender, melts in the mouth, and smoked to perfection. Fries were also quite good and the seasoning was a nice addition.Service was speedy, friendly, and on-point.Atmosphere gave a well executed southern small town restaurant vibe and did not feel over done. The smell of the smoker also added a nice touch.“
