Ordered a small chocolate dip cone and a smarties blizzard for my kids.Ordered an small Oreo blizzard, and given a mint oreo.Too many things from this specific establishment, going to Penticton DQ from now on.

I have never been so angry or upset at an establishment in my life the way I am at dq summerland right now. Horrible service, the staff at the drive through was rude and unpleasant and so unprofessional. I will never return to this restaurant and I’d suggest no one go here. I told the staff my order was wrong and they told me “no it’s not wrong, I made it myself. that’s how you ordered it”. Never offered to fix it or apologize and correct it. The woman’s tone was rude and unpleasant. Zero customer service skill. just a downright ignorant employee. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this establishment until they fix their staff attitudes.

Great service and food as usual. Usually here 2-3 times a week for food and ice-creams and I have to say I love the variety of their products. The consistency of the products as well. Nice to know when you order what you're going to get. See you later and thanks for the good service and smiles! :)
