Told staff the computer monitors were filthy dirty and they needed to clean it, 2 weeks later it's only gotten worse. Tried to remind staff again and she got defensive instead, telling me "not to touch the screen" since they're not cleaning it.I'm worried they are slipping back to their old ways and will be avoiding this 7-11 location altogether in the future.EDIT: Removed some damaging parts of this review for the business.

I continue to find the employees unnecessarily and extremely rude, on an ongoing basis, regardless of who you are and/or how pleasant and respectful the customer(s) remains despite the rudeness shown by the individual(s) working.There's been one employee only, who's remained polite enough, but nothing over the top.
