I went to this restaurant back in October, ordered chicken habanero burger combo for my daughter. My daughter took her first bite and found long hair in her burger. I called the restaurant and the manager on duty said, next time she will replace the item for me and i was given a coupon code. Went to drive through late Dec to claim the coupon, i was told that they don't accept these code during the night. I tried going in person today the manager on duty told me that my coupon is expired. I was never told that it will expire in three months. The assistant manager on duty was very rude. I even showed him the video of the hair coming out the burger but he didn't seem to care. Made me feel like i was there to get free stuff. He's like there nothing he can do for me bc he doesn't want to lose his job. His job was more important than customers concern. Very disappointed ?

Twice in a row I got a poutine with maybe a spoonful of gravy, not even. Dry poutine, and a Mama burger costs 7.50 plus tax. A single burger. Never going back, really nice staff though. Worst poutine of my life, and that's a tough item to screw up.

Stale food, Went to the store and I was handed over food, they fried my the potato patty and fries in cold oil that was not properly heated to the correct temperature, I worked previously in a fast food restaurant and please pay special attention during late hours! I went around 3am.

Was in Wednesday February 28, and the team lead was very understanding of my complex order. She also came over and asked how my meal was. I have always found this location friendly, clean, and prompt.
Order is always wrong whenever I come to this location in person or order thru food delivery apps simple things like don’t add mayo gets these guys fluster almost like they can’t read or follow

Kid-friendliness: i mostly like onion rings and the taste was so good and one thing more when i just went to drive thru i met with girl her greetings are so nice maybe her name is jashan and her smile is so pretty and her way to take orders is so good. overall i like this place
