I hate to do this, but when you try to call four times and get hung up on twice before you even get a chance to speak, it's time to actually leave the negative review and hope the business will listen then.I ordered takeaway - a falafel plate that came with rice and salad, a chicken donair wrap for a colleague, donuts, and a drink - and then at work, when I opened the food, I found a very dark, wiry hair (looked pubic) in the salad of the falafel plate. Disgusting.I have tried to call and let the restaurant know about it since yesterday, but after asking for a manager, the staff immediately say there isn't one and hang up the phone. Yesterday, after the first hang up, they refused to even pick up after that and the voice mail box is full.Needless to say, unimpressed. I didn't even want anything except to let them to know to be careful, but the rudeness is beyond. I will never order from here again.

Best donair place out there ! Blows away donair affair all day long . The meat quality is way better here and the taste and seasonings they put into the food in very authentic and tasty! The dougnuts are also the bomb here too ! If you want good quality meat and a meal in general hit this place up ! And the fries with garlic sauce are amazing.

Ummm yesterday’s visit made me chills. Halal certification is from 2016, NON MUSLIMS running the show. NOT even the owners are Muslim. HOW IS THE FOOD HALAAL.Asked for the manager and no one knows who he is. An East Indian man’s name on the an ownership……. Be careful good good may not be halal no more.Worries me about what’s going on.786 all in one service
