Hardly any sauce on the rice potatoes were so dry and hard chew tasted like they under cooked . It looked like 2 skewers on a bed of rice which was dry. Hard to swallow with no or any sauces put on it, BLAND food no taste.

I had the chicken donair & hummus and pita.The bread was very fresh and the chicken was well marinated. Not overdone on the toppings which keeps the donair really light and easy to eat. Not sure if they make the hummus in house, but it tasted homemade. Probably would have liked to see a bit more sauce in the donair, especially because you pay extra for them. But all in all good quality ingredients and good quality food. Definitely going to eat here again.

Horrible, called them at 11:00 to order food but they told me that their kitchen was closed and cut the phone on me before I was finished speaking. They are falsely advertising that they are open till 12am, very rude and disrespectful, will never come to this place and it was my first time calling.

Worst ever $13.5 spent on something sold in the name of a wrap!A super hungry me looked up for a Falafel place near by (opened till late as it was 10pm already) and Ali’s Authentic Donair came up. First of, the place isn’t called that anymore but Dine Hall. When I enquired about the same I was told the name has changed but the menu is the same, 4.5 star rated!I asked for a falafel wrap and the server suggested I should try their Paneer instead and went ahead with it!The bread was cold and not even pita i think,Too much sauce, unbeatably tangy and spicy the salads were not cut properly, onions and cucumber had its rough n shiny outer skin which added to the bad taste. I have never been so angry and disappointed with food! I broke my 5hrs’ fast with that thing! Couldn’t eat it. Wiped the bread off all the veggies and sauces, and had the pieces of Paneer and some bread. Paneer pieces were the only eatable thing. Couldn’t sleep well due to burning sensation in my stomach and ended up throwing up this morning.

Not as advertised. This is not a Donair place AT ALL. They don't even have Donair wraps. Their 'pita bread' is literally just bread, and it doesn't go with their asswater hummas at all.This is a bunch of food places all rolled into one for online pickup orders only. No dine-in opinion, nowhere to park, overpriced, feels sketchy, takes a long time to get the food. None of this was represented accurately online.Never coming back. I won't support a business that's whole model is based around deception. Even if the food was tasty I wouldn't award a second star.

We enjoy their shawarma, pretty much the only place we go for halal shawarma now.The wraps are tasty, my wife enjoys the platter but I personally think it's a bit too much rice.

Well first and foremost the package arrived missing order items that I had paid for so clearly people aren't paying attention. First red flag. Then the donair was really just bland there was no flavor whatsoever I've had better meat out of a can and the sauce was there even sauce on this? Would not order again.

Terrible place for food. Ordered through a food app and asked for only rice and chicken with only hot sauce, Basically got a box full of lettuce and tomatoes with chicken in a side container which contained was less than a 1/4 of chicken. Way over priced and for godsake, the amount of sauce it was drenched in was disgusting, mostly some garlic sauce which I never asked for.

The food is very good, fresh and nicely presented. The sauces are excellent, loved the Garlic and Hot Sauce. The pita bread used for the wrap was out of this world. Very good, will order again soon.
My daughter and I went to eat here. And what a wonderful experiounce and surprise. The staff are so friendly. The food is awesome. I can't express enough how awesome their Donaires are. They make their own bread. And everything is home made. We will definitely be going back a lot more times to eat. And we don't live in Surrey. We reside in Langley. But it is so worth the trip. To eat delicious food that is all home made.

Had their chicken and beef platters and they are incredible. These guys are using high quality ingredients in which makes for high quality food you get to enjoy! Highly recommend this place. Great for quick eats, family dinners or even catering! Don't sleep on these guys!

The worst shawarma I have ever ate. Nothing was right about this shawarma. The salad was soggy with no parsley at all. The meat was soo salty and quantity was very low. I ordered hummus on side and recieved one tablespoon of hummus only. The bread was not even close to pita bread. They gave a bun instead of pita. This was nothing like shawarma and didnt even taste good. I could only taste salt in everything

The falafel is amazing! I tried the wrap and the platter on two separate occassions and can tell you it was amazing both time! Large portions, fresh and tasty. I enjoyed the fries as well.
