The food was decent. However, when we came for takeout, the server never checked back with us about giving us our food and later we had to get up and ask if the food was ready after 30 minutes and later they handed us a bag of paper with the food which had been sitting on the table for the past 20 minutes. not the worst service, but definitely not an attentive server.

Just witnessed the young girl with blonde hair clean the bathrooms, then go and clean tables without changing her gloves. Disgusting. Never eating here again. Such a shame because the food was good.

Watched a worker sweep the floor and pick something up off the floor, then continue to grab my fork and hand it to me. DISGUSTING!Food was really good, but damn! Change your gloves.Also, the young girl working was a real piece of work. Very rude; you ain’t the pho queen sweetie. Horrible!

Service is dreadful. I walked through the door and was greeted with “come sit here”. I ordered my food and my server didn’t even acknowledge what I ordered, instead she just took the menu away.When I got my food, it was just brought to the table and walked away. My water was empty for 12 minutes, had a few servers walk by with no acknowledgment. I had to ask, to which a server didn’t even look at me and said ok.The food was the saving grace, it was very very tasty. Unfortunately I would not be back due to the poor poor service I received.

This place did not live up to the average of Google reviews.I visited this place in early October after just coming to Surrey.The location sucks, horrible neighborhood, not easy parking.Make sure your windows are up, doors are locked, and everything inside the car is hidden.The service was nice.. friendly staff and inside was clean and tidy.The food sucks. Broth was not very flavorful. Broth was cold.I ordered take away but ordered in store and ate within ten minutes of receiving the order, so that is not why it wasn't hot. This is unacceptable when you order Pho with rare beef, come on!The noodles were legitimately the worst I've ever had with a pho restaurant. They were so overcooked to begin with, given to my order cold, when heated with the tepid broth they just crumbled, gross.I honestly won't return to this place ever, and as a newcomer to Surrey I wish I'd never tried it.On top of that they're overpriced compared to actually delicious pho nearby at King George Hub, Pho68 is my go to place now after being here a few months.Save your money, don't go here.
