Don't pay full amount in advance..We had a custom cake ordered for pick up for my niece's half- birthday. We were supposed to pick up cake in evening and my sister assumed that the closing time for bakery was 7 (which was our mistake I agree). But she actually closes at 6. And I am so surprised by the fact that after taking all the contact information too, the bakery didn't call us once to remind cake pickup (probably because the store would not lose any money because full-payment was to be done in advance at the time of placing order). We live at probably 4-5 mins drive. If not in advance, Even right at closing time, they could have called us once.Eventually, we didn't have any cake for her half-birthday and ended up even paying more to some random bakery to get a random cake. The next morning we get a call back to all the messages and missed calls, that we actually closed at 6 yesterday and you can pick up the cake now if you want and enjoy for yourselves!!!!

I'm quite disappointed with the customer service at this bakery. I ordered a cake over the phone for pickup on December 3, and everything seemed fine. The staff member, whose name I didn't catch, confirmed the details and even advised me to submit a photo inspiration online.However, when I called today to finalize payment and confirm the pickup time for tomorrow, I was told there was an error. They had scheduled the pickup for December 8, and due to being fully booked, they couldn't prepare my cake order.Despite confirming the pickup date multiple times during the initial order, there was a mistake in their notes. This is disheartening, especially as the cake was for my sister's 18th birthday. I won't be ordering from them again to avoid such disappointments.

Our original cake vendor fell through last minute (literally the morning of) and after calling numerous other businesses, Anjan’s Delights was more than happy to help! They were understanding, flexible and very creative in solving the problem! We received many compliments on the cake.
