Ordered from Uber Eats and the portion was disappointing! If it wasn’t for the buy 1 get 1 free deal, we would get 8 tiny wings for 18 dollars. I feel sorry for people who ordered the regular price.

Ordered delivery and tried their buffalo wings and honey garlic wings. Being pricey is one thing... but the wings were really dry and bland tasting. I didn't even feel like finishing them and I was craving wings a lot that day.

The only memorable thing about this "virtual" restaurant is what a colossal rip-off it is. $18 for SEVEN meh wings. You have got to be kidding me. Avoid avoid avoid.

This is for the Kingsway, Vancouver location. Tiny box of wings for $18! No thanks. Never again.

This place just seems to be in the back of the S+L, no dine in, just delivery or pick up.We tried it, as it's Wednesday, and we felt like having wings. We'll give any place a try, once.We regret this one time we tried.$17.95 per order. The orders we got were 7 wings. SEVEN!$2.56 PER wing. $2. F'ing. 56cents.And they were scrawny.Save your time and money. Go to your local pub, at least there if you feel a slighted and robbed as we do right now you can talk to someone. Also, we waited 90 minutes, Yes, and hour and a half for this order. (Skip the dishes or not). But we now have to go to Sawbucks to get our wing craving satiated, because at least they know what a wing is and what it should cost, and we are still hungry. What a waste.Do not order from here.

Was there for new years Dec 31/22, the food was great , but the service was the worst I have experienced in years. We sat down at our table, 20 min went by until I had to flag down my server just to get our first drink order. Our server messed up the drink order, the appy order and seemed disinterested . Was a struggle all night. There were a lot of hostesses, but shy on servers. Not a great experience, but as I said , the food was great, disappointed

I was at this restaurant last week and had some great happy hour items. I wanted to go back to try the Master Chicken that I had heard about. I called the restaurant to find out what to expect with the Happy Hour Master Chicken and was told I would get two pieces. "Dark meat? A leg and a thigh" I asked. The gentleman on the phone said they were out of legs so today I would receive two thighs which suit me better than the typical leg/thigh combo. Off I went . I was seated promptly and ordered my chicken. I could not believe the tiny little pieces I was given. It was not two thighs as promised but a very small leg (probably the smallest I've ever seen) and what looked to be a chicken wing with the tip removed. This was not the two thigh meal that I was looking forward to. It's hard to get much off a tiny leg and half a wing. I could have confirmed when ordering I guess but as I had just spoken within the hour to the restaurant on the phone, I didn't think it was necessary. The sides that came with the dinner were very good; mashed potatoes and creamed corn although it is called bacon and creamed corn and there was only one tiny fleck of bacon in my serving. I know restaurants have taken a big hit during the past couple of years but just so disappointing. I feel somewhat duped. :( Service and atmosphere was good.

Went with another couple to celebrate our wedding anniversaries. Had calamari as a starter, way too much salt and very greasy. All 4 of us had the "aged" sirloin steak - all were very tough and again, meal was way too salty. Will not be going back to any S&L kitchens again.

Oh gosh. I hate writing this. Had high expectations. Started with me waiting for 5-7 minutes first in line and no one to seat me. Zero contact. To the point where I started walking around the corner to see if I was missing something. Got seated. Table for ONE. The restaurant has 8 tables full; total of 20 People. I waited for another 7-8 min for a waitress to even come to the table. Food was good! Service horrible. Second drink I watched sit on the bar for 5 min. I’m so frustrated with the time and little attention paid for the bill I’m about to receive. If they were busy I could understand. THEY WEREN’T.

It was pandemic so we were seated on outdoor table. It was not that bad as they still have roof on it although the sun is still annoying on the face. We ordered for the brunch meal: I tried the Truffle, bacon and caramelized onion omelet with hash brown for $17 and my husband ordered for the steak and eggs. Server was excellent in getting orders and she was friendly and accommodating. What disappointed me was my omelet. I thought it would be like plumpy egg with yummy filling inside. I was served with very thin egg omelet with probably like a teaspoon of combined bits of bacon, truffle and maybe a very small onion caramelized filling. my hash brown was lots of crispy potatoes as side add on. Did I order for crispy potatoes with scrambled egg for $17? I did not expect that for a fancy restaurant :-( and the price is not that cheap. I would not want to recommend this resto to my friends as I do not want them to have the same experience as we had. Pictures attached for you to believe what I meant.

One of our favourite places and our go to for special occasions. Consistently great steaks. Good Happy Hour (wish it went to 6pm on Fri and Sat). Good service - good wine list. We went last night for an early Valentines dinner and a couple mistakes were made. I won’t get into details because every place makes them sometimes. I am writing to say that whenever something isn’t right, these guys go above and beyond to make it right. The GM and staff bent over backwards to make things right. Thanks Maumar for everything you did - we will be back again soon! Nobody is flawless - it’s how you come back from a mistake that counts. Well done!
