Went with my family and barely saw our waitress, she came around once to check on us and top up drinks but it was difficult to flag her down otherwise. The food was good and hot though.

Dear Boston Pizza. I've already sent you a detailed feedback regarding my party's atrocious encounter with the manager on shift this past Tuesday evening. Hoping you will be taking action on correcting the way management communicates with patrons and how to properly support serving staff who struggle on handling a larger party. I cannot see myself visiting this location in the foreseeable future unless those changes are made.

Tough review to write but nobody improves without feedback.I've had a few good experiences with groups of 1-2 people so that needs to be acknowledged, but the location is not equipped to handle any kind of large party.With a larger group where the autograt is effect, it gives the staff an out on providing quality service. Multiple delayed/incorrect orders and managers incorrectly interpreting fine print on coupons soured the experience of a 30 person party. The managers condescending talk track and inability to factor in customer experience as a function of generating recurring revenue has cost the restaurant 8-10 families wanting to return in the foreseeable future. Hopefully they are able to reflect on their interactions today and understand a happy customer is a returning customer.

We went to this location last week Saturday. We went for dine-in, ordered our food and drinks. I got a family urgency call, for which we had to go immediately and couldn’t eat there. We knew that we couldn’t cancel the order, so we decided to do a take out and it wouldn’t be fair to cancel the order which is already in progress. They packed our order and the server brought the bag. We paid the bill and the server had the audacity to ask for the tip. If we will dine-in, like the food (which we always do from that location, thats why we went there) and like your service, we will tip you , like we always do. Which is the whole point and reason restaurants have tip-options. And she was telling us that she had to pay out of her pocket if we didn’t tip, if you are so unhappy with your job, please talk to your management, don’t tell us about that, and force the guests to tip.

We had the pleasure of being served by Aryz ! Hands down one of the best and friendliest servers we have ever had! He was so kind, respectful and positive. Highly recommend this spot, especially with Aryz at the helm! Great stuff!
