Went here a week ago, and it was alright. We ordered the crispy cauliflower, sticky Thai chicken bites, and spicy deep fried breaded chicken and pickles to start. We ordered the buffalo chicken wings, side of fries, and Alaskan gravy for our main, and the food was okay. The service and the atmosphere were great. Not sure if I'd be rushing to go back tbh but not bad for bar food.

I've been here a few times, and this franchise does not meet the quality of service you would expect from the head office in Langley. I have no complaints about the food, having been here more than five or six times, but the quality of the service always differs. There's not a lot of consistency when it comes to their serving staff. I often feel like I'm bothering them when I ask for something. The last time I went there was the first time in 23 years I have ever only tipped 10%

Amazing service, we sat at the bar and got to meet Anna. My wife and I were absolutely impressed by the personable service. Anna and the rest of the team were amazing and very accommadating. Great menu items and even better service.Keep it up, this place is an absolute gem in the South Rock area.

We have frequented Browns over the years and had good experiences.But our last experience several months ago was very disappointing.our food was cold, server never checked back.So, tonight we decided to give another tryOnce again, the pasta was hot! But the chicken with both pasta orders was cold. The bread was cold, server brought more bread but it was just as cold. Very disappointing!! Just don't feel we were treated the way we should have been.

This Restaurant insists on adding a "kitchen service charge" onto your bill. I have complained about it several times and have had it removed. Check your bill and don't tip on the total! Why tip on a kitchen service charge, gst, and liquor tax(if you have any alcoholic beverage). Eating out is expensive enough! An easy way to tip is use gst. 3 x gst is a 15% tip, 4 x gst is 20% etc...

Great place, same quality and universal expectation for all of them! Parking and entrance is a bit odd at this one! Went to watch superbowl this weekend and it was a great place to watch sports!! Loved it! Great happy hour too!

This place is always good. Food, service and atmosphere always top notch. Good disciplines and excellent staff make for a very well run Social House I return to on a regular basis. Can't go wrong.

I have to eat gluten free, and the manager took the time to come and explain that our food would take longer because they had to clear the prep area for me. Very cool. I felt safe.Dietary restrictions: Good gluten free protocols in place.

Prices have skyrocketed and portions halved... Not a desirable combination. Ordered two cups of the Thai chicken soup ($8 each) and they came out about 1/3 full.. literally 4 tbsp of soup... soup had changed as well.. used to be hearty, thick and delicious.. now watery and no substance. Very disappointed as this used to be our go to and will be thinking long and hard before returning.. very sad and very poor management decision to go down this path...Addendum: the manager Greg did reach out to me and we had a great chat regarding my disappointment. He said they took it very seriously and we're working to resolve these issues.
