The food always hits the spot. But most servers are all attitudyyy, and they thrive on rolling their eyes. They won’t even offer water and you need to ask for it a couple of times. I get it, they’re tired but we’re hungry. I don’t know what’s worst. ?

Dirty interior and menus that look like they were worn out last decade. Meal was reasonably affordable and taste was ok. Bubble tea was mid. I was absolutely baffled by the disposable plastic cups for tap water and how we got the cheap plastic spoons like they'd give with take out (we ate in the restaurant). But everything is ok, they had paper straws for the boba, the plastic problem is solved.

Affordable good quick eats in Surrey Guildford area. The place can be busy because it is popular among teens and young adults. I also see a lot of families though eating out dinner or having late night snacks here. This place is known for it’s wide selection of bubble teas which I think are their best selllers and make their take outs really really busy. Recently though, I have started to appreciate their short order food offerings from their menu. Try to avoid using their washrooms though or walk through the hallway leading to it, otherwise, you might lose your appetite. I think tidying up that area and cleanliness of this place in general needs improvement. These can be threats to their existence if not addressed immediately despite able to serve good food and beverage to their loyal patrons.Parking: You can easily find in the business complex where Bubble World is licated.
There was 5 servers, they all stood in front of the food counter facing away from customers. They had snobby attitudes, looking at you like you're annoying when asking for anything. They won't come and fill your water without being asked. The fried rice was completely bland and we had to ask for salt, had to add plenty before it was up to par. The fish cakes and king oyster mushrooms were good though.

This is not a restaurant chain. It's an overhyped bar with an overhyped attraction - bubble tea. Food is subpar fingerfood. You won't find any unique Taiwanese food here. With this in mind I ordered here. Now I'm throwing up with a cluster headache. I should've just had Advil for dinner.

Never answer the phone, I’ve called several times on different days and they never answer the phone. So instead of ordering over the phone to pick it up I had come in and order. When I was waiting for my food to be ready I could hear the phone ringing and no one would even go to pick it up. And they were not busy so what is the excuse? It’s really frustrating when they have the option to call and order but they never pick up the phone. Not to be rude, but why have a phone at all if you’re not going to answer it ?!
