Upon entering, I was assaulted by the overpowering smells of grease and processed foods. The interior design seemed aimed solely at small children, with primary colors and cartoonish imagery adorning the walls. Most troubling of all was the clientele – and one even had a brood of unruly children in tow.When it came time to order, I was presented with a limited menu of bizarrely named "burgers" and other artery-clogging sandwiches. Nothing looked remotely nutritious. In a moment of weakness, I acquiesced to Claude's pestering and ordered the so-called "Whopper" against my better judgment. She said it was the king of burgers.What arrived was a not so sloppy pile of processed meat and bread that could charitably be called food. Each bite filled my mouth with an overwhelming taste of salt, fat grease, and the fainted taste of sugar. The vegetables were surprising fresh. I took a few polite bites and a few big chomps for propriety's sake before abandoning the wretched thing, much to Claude's amusement.In the future, I must insist we dine at establishments more befitting civilized folk. This "Burger King" may satisfy the common denominator, but those with discerning palates will find little to enjoy. Let this be our first and last foray into the depressing world of Claude called "fast food." One can only hope this lowbrow trend doesn't last.Ohhh I like the onion rings. I will see if my chef can duplicate these wonderful golden rings.Vegetarian options: The awesome burger tastes like the real thing.Parking: Always lots of parking.

Being a regular customer,i had a bad experience with service by employee name PERM her behaviour and attitude is too bad .That's may be reason she served to bad quality food as per my regular order & expectations. worst customer service and quality as per spend money with tips .so bad

Did drive thru. Hadn't been to a burger King in several years. Food was fast, fresh, and looked great.
I'm from the States, and Burger King is one of my old-time favorite franchises; however, I never had any good experience with BC Burger King. I ordered off of the mobile app today, January 14, around 1:20 pm, and clearly indicated 'dine-in', and they put everything in a paper bag. It wasn't a big deal, so I let it slip. But they did not put a straw, so I walked to the counter and asked for a straw from a young Indian lady. She suddenly changed her face and was passive-aggressively rude. First of all, it's the end of the world if I ask for a straw. They don't even follow instructions; it was the same at Victoria Burger Kings. I'm guessing it's a recurring theme around here.

Worst customer service. I received black bun on my muffin and I conveyed the same to the official present at the store. They were like, "It is what it is, since we used a fresh packet of buns. There's nothing we can do." Seriously ??? This kind of customer service won't let you anywhere near McDonald's ever.
