Located in Central City mall- Burger King. We tried their Crispy Chicken meal with Ghost pepper nuggets and ghost pepper ranch. The burger was 5/5 and the chicken nuggets were 4.5/5. The store was decorated with a Halloween theme.

I ordered Hershel's chocolate brownie milk shake. First the waitress made it while I was waiting for my food. And then it was liquid. I asked for a change. And she gave me this. It didn't look like the one in the photo, it was darker, which means more chocolate. I saw her preparing the second one, the chocolate mixed in, it was just a syrup, which on the packaging didn't say it was from Hershel, so I concluded that it was a normal chocolate syrup. Then she put the brownie inside and crushed it, the texture was horrible. What a shame.

I went here and ordered a Whopper meal. As the lady was making my sandwich, I saw her scratch the back of her neck which had a very red rash. She then proceeded without changing her gloves. I was very disgusted and it’s against health and food safety regulations.
