Came to this location made reservations for 5 people a booth opened up asked the host at the door to seat us but a party of 4 that came after us received the booth. We asked them 5 times to speak with a manger no one came to speak with us. We asked why we didnt get the booth were told he was there it guy. They sat us in a corner for a table of 4. What is the point of your reservations system if you dont seat us in a proper table. Lets see if anyone reaches out but don't go to this location always under staffed and horrible service

I went out to cactus for my birthday with my friends and I had the most wonderful experience!We had the most amazing server Sydney B she was incredibly caring and patient with us. She was also very attentive and was quick to help us. The service was top notch the and I enjoyed my ceasers.
Had the best time at cactus tonight. Our server Sydney was amazing! Super friendly and easy to talk to. Was made to feel our table was top priority. I have a food allergy to specific nuts and Sydney took it very seriously. I will definitely be coming back.

I was attending a surprise birthday party. The food was excellent. There were several people serving our group. The server that took care of our table was Gurjot M. She took all of the orders and fulfilled everyone's wishes. Everything was delivered with a big smile. I was impressed, considering the size of the group. I am hoping that she gets recognized for her efforts.
