I came to this place it is next to my kids dance class so i thought it would be nice to get them some snacks. The staff was rude to kids because there was a small flower vase on the table and it fell, nothing broke. My kid was already picking up the flowers that fell yet he felt it necessary to snatch it from my son’s hand!!!! He didn’t even have the decency to apologize to my kid.

I ordered a medium roast regular coffee with two cream and was offered a lukewarm coffee which tasted awfully. I went back and asked if they were selling instant coffee. I can get two of McDonald coffee for the same price which tastes much better. I regretted stepping in this shop

Went to try for the first time after work and coming from work I just had to wash my hands before but a key was needed. It’s like the cashier couldn’t speak English other than “washroom for customers only”. As I was saying “I am wanting to order but have to wash my hands first.” He showed me out so I left and went elsewhere. I was hoping to try something yummy like a smoothie and a snack. Oh well. Communication was not there and really didn’t feel like I was welcome even if I could order.

It’s a hidden gem in surrey. Top notch quality coffee. I love their caramel macchiato, it’s so good. Staff is always so welcoming. If you are near surrey you should check it out

Staff were very polite and friendly welcoming new patrons with a warm hello.Coffee, caramel Macchiato, Butter Cream Latte were all delicious.Earl Grey Scone - first one was delicious so I ordered another for myself. Unfortunately mine came completely frozen and it broke up when I tried to cut it in half. Rather than heating another up, they heated my broken up scone so it was a bit of a mess. It did still taste nice so I felt 3 stars was enough.I had the breakfast sandwich for under $6. I didn't notice before ordering but it had a processed cheese slice in it. Definitely regret not paying attention.The Panini sandwich was great as wellAmbience is fantastic. Very nice seating with wide outdoor opening.Access: Parking and access was great. Bus stop right outside too.

Enter through back door. Bad fall due to unmarked hazard. Bruising, swelling - trip to doctor for serious sprain required. Im still in a splint. Staff couldn't have cared less when i tried to report.

There drinks are so good and the desserts are SUPER delicious would definitely recommend and I’m excited to come back (I love getting the blue latte) ANOTHER amazing thing is you can customize your drink to make better to your liking with I very much appreciate. We four adults came to this location to enjoy coffee and a bite to eat. Two of friends ordered drinks while three of us sat a few minutes to decide what we wanted. The young lady came over and said if we don’t order we need to leave. Remember, two of our group already had drinks in front of them. I was going to order, but because she approached us in this manner, we decided to just leave. Absolutely horrible customer service. Had she just come over and said hello, do you plan on ordering, I would’ve replied, kindly, yes. But in the way that she approached us, we were definitely not going to order anything at that point. Absolutely ridiculous.To add to this poor service, each coffee was $4.00.
