Fantastic place! Great service from here especially from Shantal she helped me a lot with navigating the self POS and as well as gave me many great recommendations. Definitely a hard worker! Location is great near to quite a bit of great shopping spots. Owners and all other staff definitely are super nice and are great at customer service. The staff are always working hard and my drink is delicious every time! Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. The seating area is sanitized and clean. This location is the best Chatime for sure.

Best spot to get bubble tea in the white rock area! This café offers a wide variety of options for everyone and is family friendly! A great place to come with friends or to sit and study. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. Lovely staff! Cleanliness is a 10/10.
