Placed an online order. Cancelled within 1 minute. They still charged my card and stole my money. If you're not going to refund me at least tell me and I'll go pick it up.Pretty shady

Chicken is alright but they always put the green onion with the chicken in the padak for take out orders, even if we put notes not to. The green onion becomes soggy and bad to eat. Ive never seen any chicken place do this, its supposed to be fresh and almost cold. Even without requesting, it should always be on the side.

compared to other branches, this location doesn’t seem to cover their chicken with sauces and powder properly and right. Ive dined in here once, they offer a free drink when you order half&half in person but not in deliveries. Ive ordered delivery here twice they’ve failed to cover the chicken cheese snow compared to other branches theres always excess powder on top while here it seems to get delivered always melted. I recommend chicko chicken but not this branch wont be worth the buck specially cheese snow if thats your favorite.

The chicken is really tasty and they make everything from scratch so it’s always fresh! I love the complimentary pickled daikon that comes with it.

All the chicken looks to be nugget style. The chicken was too dry for my liking (might be because of the size of the pieces - too small and over cooked???). The fries were like Costco fries so again, nothing special. The price was average for a meal pack but the quality made it not worthy imo.

My friend showed me this place last night and I'm glad he did. Definitely my new chicken spot. Great taste and big portions.

It is a quiet location just north of Surrey Central. The service was incredibly friendly and patient with us as new customers. We ordered the Half and Half and got a ton of food (way more than we had anticipated). It came with a complimentary drink, and the meal was perfect. We had plenty of leftovers which was a fantastic snack for later.Could not recommend the place more!

Heard good things about this place, ordered an original half boneless and Shake Shake Fries. The chicken is plenty crispy enough, and tastes very clean with a nice mild seasoning. Not very greasy at all and properly drained. The price was reasonable for the quantity, I was apprehensive of the Shake Shake fries, but when I tried the fries with that seasoning on them... It made me say OMG. Salty, Cheesy, Sweet in just the right ways. When you go in, you can see they actually really do prepare and fry everything to-order and they seemed to keep a very clean kitchen. It takes about 20, 25 minutes tho because of this, so call to pick up / dine in.

Can’t go wrong with a half-order of Garlic Soy boneless chicken from Chicko Chicken. Eating it as I type this short review and it’s delicious. Highly recommended!

The food was amazing in flavor. Good crunch, juicy on the inside, the fries are to die for. So that's not the problem. The problem is that, instead of separating a chicken into pieces and frying it, they must take a meat-cleaver and smash the entire chicken into bite-size pieces and then fry it.The result is bone shard all. through. the chicken. Shards so sharp that, if you swallow one, who knows what kind of damage it could do. If it doesn't get that far, it could easily break your teeth by biting onto it like I did SO many times, and by then you have a mouthful of chicken that you literally have to spit out and pick through to find it. Don't pick the bone-in for your date night, spitting out and sifting your chewed chicken is probably not attractive.I had so many shards I had to stop eating entirely. Normally I eat bone-in chicken because it tends to be juicier / more flavorful, but it is not worth getting a shard of bone stuck in my esophagus. They give you literally one "whole" chicken piece like a leg and the rest is pulverized, to the point where you may have just gotten the boneless to begin with.I'd like to try the boneless next time, I just don't know if there will BE a next time because of how off-putting the whole experience was.

In our half order of Padak Padak there was green onions but no sauce? Everything else was delicious though
