I love this place. I think it is worth to spend a bit more money to get higher quality and healthier products from Cobs. I like high fiber loaf, cranberry sourdough, pane di casa to eat with soup. I really like the friendly staffs. The store is so cleaned and organized. Keep up good work guys.

it was my first time to visit the store yesterday. I felt so warm and welcomed once I walked into the sliding door and staffs were smiling. The smell was so good and the staffs told me that they bake every day and donate the remaining products to charity at the end of the day, I was so impressed. I used to buy bread from Save on Food or walmart but after this awesome visit I would stick with Cobs.

Wow! The cinnamon buns are extraordinarily the best. Thin layers wrapped around the perfect amount of buttery cinnamon. It's much better than the doughy American rolls. ? It's worth the 30-minute drive from across the border.

I don't usually come in this place, but just give a try, I ordered chocolate croissant, traditional croissant, ham & cheese one too, they were so fresh and delicious, the staff told me that their bakery products are fresh daily, and asked me to pick some samplings, the ginger scone was great and I love it. The staff made me feel so welcomed with immediate attention and nice smile, that I never experienced from other places for over a year. I definitely will come back.

I don’t live in Surrey so I have not visited this Cobs location until yesterday. I was blown away by the Customer service. They were so polite and inviting. However, the croissants I purchased were all stale. Im not sure if this location makes them fresh everyday but in my city, they are and I’ve never come across hard croissants.

Since the new owner has taken over, a year ago, the quality has really gone down. The bread quality isn't as good and very inconsistent. The girls that work at the front are great and friendly

Terrific scones and cinnamon buns! Special shout out to Monika for exceptional customer service.

They have the best scones and they have seasonal flavours like; peach, strawberry passionfruit, chocolate, eggnog, etc. They also have a whole wheat bread that tastes exactly like my Grammy's.

Would not recommend this place. Bread quality is terrible and not much taste. The store gave me old dry and hard-as-a-rock bread that were non-edible. I bought three large breads of various types for soups on a Sunday night and I thought Cobs, being an independent specialist in bread, would make quality bread. I was wrong. The bread was solid as a rock from inside out and had such a bland taste. Not fresh at all. Save On Foods bread is even better and maybe even cheaper. Don't sell stale, old, rock-hard bread to customers. Will not return.

This was the main cobbs location we went to and had an amazing experience with the owner. He went as far as offering my daughter a scone. The quality or structure of the bread has changed but we still went there until a very recent poor experience a couple of weeks ago. It was near closing and the woman with short black hair nearly grabbed a a sample out of my hand because I had one already which was a different kind. The staff person before her was shocked and I was absolutely shocked and told her this was the most uncomfortable and awkward situation ever and I walked away. Her explanation was only 1 sample per customer but it was a different variety . Her English was hard to understand but nonetheless you should never try to reach for something in someone’s hand.
