Their cakes are good, I have been their customer for a while, but I had a bad experience recently, I went to buy an expensive cake, asked them to write something on the cake and the girl working at the shop said they were out of those things(tips) which they use to write msgs but they can write it on the small thin cookie but they charge extra, I ask them to make it complimentary as they are out of that thing- not that we are asking for something extra but she didn't agree and I end up paying extra.I don't mind paying extra but this is one of the services a cake shop offers- to write a msg on the top of the cake !! I asked her a few times but she clearly said NO.Unfortunately, I will not come back to this store anymore.

I know the shop is soo cute but the frosting was too sweet and I could feel the cruch of sugar. I couldn't even complete one cupcake. I wish they tasted as good as they look.

Been going here for the past month and I have to say this shop has always put a smile on my face. Greeted with a warm welcome, served with kindness and positivity and most importantly the food is amazing. I always love coming in and getting to talk to the staff, one of the best cupcakes in Surrey do not hesitate to come in! I ordered a birthday cake and cupcakes in advance. I go to pick up and they forgot to give me the cupcakes. I had to drive all the way back to get the cupcakes. I understand that mistakes are made but the worst part is that the front line staff didn’t apologise and made me feel like it was my fault. To the owner, invest a little time into a improving your hiring process and pay more attention to basic customer service skills and simple things like checking the order to make sure they gave the customer what they paid for. The team you have representing your brand right now has led to you losing a customer that has placed countless orders from you for years. It’s a shame.

Went it today tried to use gift card but was turned away and told I can only use it at Metrotown location. Why even offer gift cards if you cant use them? Such a waste of time!

Went today, only grabbed two but the staff behind the counter was exceptionally good. The customer ahead of me used sign language and the staff was doing sign language back. You don't often see that. Cupcakes i had were amazing too.10/10

Ordered Vegan cupcakes and they made my daughter very sick. When the manager called 3 days after leaving a complaint she apologized. I appreciate that, but wish I had been offered even a partial refund on my $60 worth of cupcakes I have now thrown away. Nothing done to help rectify the situation. That was poor customer service!!!

Got a red velvet cake in store , the ones they sell from the fridge, cake was pretty dry and crumbly , was expecting something more moist. I also got in touch via email for a custom cake and was never told to send a picture to see if they could make it, which I did and never got responded back to. Not going back.
