I recently purchased a medium ice cream cone from this location through the drive-thru, and I was shocked by how small it was! However, when I attempted to address this issue with the staff, he actually disappeared. It's disappointing to not only receive a smaller portion but also to be unable to discuss it with the staff. I've noticed that at other DQ locations, the mediums are significantly larger. It's frustrating to feel like you're getting shortchanged when you expect consistency across the chain. I know this costs around $5.6, but come on DQ, let's be fair with our ice cream sizes!

Worst customer service. People who work here don’t pay attention to the customer.The other day i visited this restaurant for walk-in. The people at front saw me and ignored me multiple times. They kept walking around without saying hi or give me minute or i will help you in a minute.And the food quality is terrible. I ordered a burger today and the bun was stale and hard. I am really disappointed that i gave this restaurant a second chance instead of going to a different restaurant.

Is was really bad experience actually I bought a chocolate that was frozen they didn't told that was a forzen cake it was a birthday cake when the birthday person try to cut it the cake was so hard it was embarrassing and when i called them they said it was not our fault people already knows about really bad never go there again even cake was tasteless

When i talk to him regarding this, he misbehave with me and even with other customers. She is just busy in flirting with his coworkers. Laughing loudly. Everybody complaining. They take to long to make your food when ordered in drive thru, they absolutely do not listen to order instructions(like I want combo 9 and all he gives me is a burger) and they like to pick and choose when they wanna scan the app. Hands down one of the worst DQ ever
