Went at this Dairy Queen location Guilford mall food Court to buy blizzard waiting in the line for almost 25mins and and supervisor friend walks from side who works in mall place order and her order made in less than 5 min and didn't even pay for the order, while everyone waiting to served when approached to the supervisor to tell them to speed up one of the cashier Name Pawan stared Arguing with us and than she goes why don't you come inside and work here than. Very poor Service and rude to Customers.

Staff is honesty lost.. dont know what theyre doing.. one, we stood in a lineup for 10 minutes for fresh juice to know theyre sold out.. no signage no nothing put out.. wasted my time! And then the employee makes a wrong smoothy and shows attitude when asked to remake the one we originally wanted.. a gong show!

The manager is super rude and doesn't have basic manners how to talk to the customers, I had an very bad experience here with an Indian employee who had so much of attitude and didn't knew how to greet customers and was talking back yelling in front of the manager and same for the manager for not changing my drink! Other food companies have a better training. DQ teach your employees how to talk politely before you hire these illiterates!

Unfortunately I have to give one start. I wish I could give 0 star. Highly disappointed. We were at the mall today (02 july at 11 am). While waiting to order, one of the customer came back and said that he did not like the juice. And the girls were just smiling at him...We ordered 2 juices and they were so sweet. Me and my partner could not even drink them. I went back to just let them know that it was not drinkable. And they need make juices that people can actually drink. Unfortunately I don't know the names of the employees. So much attitude and arrogance. One of the employees, said that it's normal that they are very sweet because they are Julius. She said you should have ordered the fresh juice but they are more expensive.They were just laughing and ignoring and could not even finish the conversation. They just turned their back. Very bad service. I will never go back. The management should do something as I'm not the only person complaining about them.

We ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard large at guildford Mall on 19th June at 4.10 pm and it was half full without enough of strawberry and absolutely no cheesecake inside.. Employee named PREET KAUR said I have blended everything and was arguing very loudly and badly .. worst customer service..she is bluntly saying on our face that give whatever review you want to give.. and laughing on customers face.. highly disappointed
