Why advertise your open until 930 when you’re going to turn away guests before 9?

The waitress was unbelievably rude. All was well until she came to collect payments. She comes to the table as my friend it paying, grabs the machine, and says, “NO. You have to tip.” Then, she takes the machine as forcefully punches in 25% under tip option and tells my other friend to “Simply tap.” It was bizzar. She didn’t even tell my friend how much she was charging, and refused to let my friend see the screen. Will never be come back here again.

If I could give a 0 I would. The waitress FORCED all of my friends and I to tip. When it was my turn, she added the tip ALL BY HERSELF and made me pay. She gave herself at 25% tip ON HER OWN. Will not be coming back.

Food was perfect per usual, but the waitress refused to let us pay if we didn’t tip, and even forced one of my friends to tip her instead of letting her choose. Will not be coming back, very disappointed.

The atmosphere is great, lots of space and not cramped. Pizza and salad were fresh and a good portion size and the flavours are rich. It took a while to get a table despite there only being one customer doing an order pickup in front of us. Having customer service experience myself, I think eye contact and recognition of the next customer is important and shows respect; this didn't happen and we had no idea when we'd be seated considering the place was almost empty, very strange. On the positive side,our waitress Jolie was very warm and attentive to the point that after her shift was over and she was going home, she actually came to our table to make sure we had a great dining experience and see if we needed anything else before she left for the day; talk about going above and beyond. We'll definitely return just to have a chance to have her as our waitress again and enjoy the tasty menu options. 5 stars to Jolie and her excellent people skills. Thank you.

Demons Riot
Dined with my friends. Staff was friendly and helpful, and they gave us ample time to decide on our orders. Food was brought in a timely manner, staff was attentive to empty plates and glasses.Everyone present enjoyed their orders, absolutely no complaints about the food. It was delicious and I'd like to go again.

This was my first and last time at this establishment. The service was absolutely AWFUL.When we first walked in, we were greeted by a server and asked for a table of 4. She was immediately whisked away and we were standing there for a minute until another server came and got us a table.We ended up waiting about 30 minutes just to be able to get water and start placing our order, and we had to flag someone down to get their attention.After placing our order, our server didn’t even take it to the back. She went over to another table and started chatting with other customers. This lasted about another 15 minutes.We finally got our appetizer…but we received no plates. Which is whatever since it’s curly fries. We also asked for a side of honey mustard repeatedly and when we did get it, it was not mixed well. We received our drinks next. THEN we got our plates and main courses.Our server did not follow up after that and ask if everything was okay.When it was time to pay, she dropped the debit machine off and walked away. When she came back to retrieve it, she had the gall to ask us if we wanted to tip, to which we said no thanks. She then whipped around and walked away. Not even a “okay have a good night!” Nothing of that sort.We couldn’t even complain to the manager as they weren’t in, and the servers refused to give out any info or be any more helpful than that.Before leaving, we noticed that the same server screwed up the order on the table behind us. They were NOT happy either.I wonder how an establishment continues to run with servers who couldn’t be bothered to actually serve and treat us with basic courtesy. Our server wasn’t attentive and showed attitude near the end. We don’t feel bad for not tipping and she should have done better. Servers at this establishment should be put through some sort of customer training because what happened that day was absolutely not okay. At least the food was alright though.
Ordered a pizza and a full size spicy spaghetti rosé pasta on DoorDash. Pasta had no flavor or spice at all. Even though we ordered the full-size , there was barely enough pasta to feed a single person. And it seemed like they gave us the half size. The pizza was cold. I called the restaurant and the staff member was extremely rude. Do not recommend this location.

used to love this place but my family’s recent experience made us not want to come back to this location.We visited last month in the evening when the restaurant was pretty quiet. Service was slow, waitress never came once to refill our drinks or check to make sure we had everything after we were given our food.What really upset us was when we got our bill. We were charged the automatic 18% gratuity fee. It says on the receipt it is automatically billed on groups of 7 or larger. We were clearly a group of 6, one being a young child. We brought this mistake up to the waitress and she said “well the reservation was for 7”We did NOT make a reservation! We just walked in! It’s not even as if the restaurant was busy at all!The tip came to over $30 which is NOT the amount we would have tipped given the poor, or shall I say non existent service we already had during our meal. And then for the waitress to not even say so much as “sorry” for something that was their mistake?Prices have only gone up and service has gone down at this location since they’ve open, particularly in the past couple of years since I believe they got new management. No longer a good price for what you get. Slow service as stated in some other reviews.We will not be coming back anytime soon.
