Ordered a teriyaki bowl it was good experience at first with fresh veggies and chicken but then the overall experience went downhill with teriyaki sauce. Teriyaki sauce is supposed to be sweet and savoury but this sauce had a bitter and metallic aftertaste.

It was our first time trying Freshii & it was a wonderful experience for more reasons than just the food. The food was fresh, tasty & hearty. The lovely lady working there yesterday (Feb 15th 2023) made our first time so enjoyable. She was upbeat, knowledgeable with customer service skills that were beyond great. Bravo to you!

Love the Guilford location. I go multiple times a week for lunch. Staff are always friendly, food is good. Favourite place in the mall to eat!

Absolutely tiny portion .. asked for extra sauce on noodles they charged $1.75 the bowl was not even half full ... AVOID AT ALL COSTS ABSOLUTE RIP OFF

I spent 12.00 on a fiesta salad at the Guildford mall location in Surrey . The greens were slimy and wilted. This is not what I expected from Freshi. Very disappointed.

With such sub par experiences at other locations. Miranda hit a home run. Her enthusiasm, empathy & customer skills are 2nd to none. She brought me back. Now only if the other locations can follow her lead. A Customer does NOT want to pay another $1 for a squirt of Sriracha on a $17 salad. She gave me ample in a container. As a company Freshii, follow Miranda's lead. Very friendly! Don't be so cheap on your sauces Freshii!

Awesome staff! Nice girl at till who is very bubbly and professional, I believe her name was carmen. The food was so good, ordered a fiesta salad and a starwberry banana smoothie, both very filling and good quality. Will be coming back again :)

I have worked at Freshii‘s myself for years I was craving the same food I went to this location and ordered two bowls and a smoothie but it did not taste fine i can tell that the spicy yogurt was made totally wrong it was all yogurt and no bbq sauce and the avocados were brown there is a standard that needs to be maintained at all locations but i havent had food that tastes this off at any locations i have been to .
