I ordered the chicken bowl and it was stale and both the quality and quantity were very poor in comparison to other location's. Got like 1 piece of chicken. The service was horrible.

Terrible service! Staff walk around the slowest they can doing as little as they can. I have left twice now without ordering because they don’t even approach you after seven minutes standing there. This is for the Panoramas Surrey BC location.

There was only 1 girl working. We went there 30 min before closing. That girl didn’t respond so well refused to make smoothie and told us you only have 5 min to eat as there were 15 min to close. Had bad experience

Prepared my food without speaking to me at all. I had to stop her from wrapping two burritos so I could ask for hot sauce. I see it on the back counter so I know it's an option but if staff is working on the back counter with their ba k ro customer they should at least ask. I was thinking of adding some veggies but was never given a chance. I ordered two tex burritos and one got 4 times more avocado than the other when I asked to even it out she said that's how big the pieces are and couldn't do anything about it. She is the one making the pieces. Customer service was what ruined my experience. Will drive further to other location in future sorry.

I purchased a bowl from this location today and asked them about the portion of bowl. However, I got the same bowl from other location it was full. When I asked the girl she denied and said this bowl is served like this. She not even considered my complaint and was bit rude. Unprofessional staff. She put leftover noodles from the bag and not even bothered to put the required quantity of noodles. And said me your bowl is half because of noodles. I was served almost half bowl by them.
Food was prepared correctly and was delicious however, the staff who work here are by far the most rude I’ve ever encountered at a food establishment. Imagine not saying a single word to a customer the entire time of the transaction. I don’t expect people who have been working all day to go over the top and say “have a nice day” but just acknowledging the customer would definitely be a start. I would drive to another location just to avoid this type of attitude. Very weird vibe here.

I love freshii tacos and I've eaten them at many freshiis.They change the recipe at this location and add alot more spice than the standard requirement.They alter the recipe and it ruined the experience. I enjoy spice, but I also enjoy when things are well balanced and well made. They obviously do not know what they are doing.Even the bowl they delivered was not full all the way. They need to get new management or close this location. Ruining the brand and the quality that I have come to expect from freshii.Edit: also found hair in the salad bowl and the eggs weren't properly cleaned, mouthful of shell on both the extra eggs I ordered. I've always allowed a restaurant multiple chances before judging them but this was just horrible across the board. Will NOT attend this freshii location unless it's to buy a sealed juice.
