We found Sakshi to be quite impolite & argumentative. She initially ensured the meal would be delivered for lunch between 1 - 2 pm, but the delivery didn’t show up until after 3pm. She then confirms acknowledgement of my order for the next day, as seen in the screenshot below. However forgot to deliver it. A couple hours later texts me saying she didn’t deliver because I didn’t confirm that I wanted to proceed, despite the screenshot of her text acknowledging next day delivery with no rice. She was extremely rude in her text messages, as seen in the screenshots and never accepted any accountability for her error. I would avoid dealing with her and would not recommend House of curries. To top it all off, she ended the text exchange with ‘she doesn’t care we were disappointed with the experience’ and has 50 happy customers. Unbelievable.
