Been 2x in the last week. Enjoyed the first sit down meal with bubble tea, however, the second take out bubble tea was so disgusting I will never go here again. The boba pearls were hard/old and the tea itself was. not cold. I believe it's because I didn't tip. (i.e. when u eat in you pay after, when you take out you pay first and they see your tip). Hope your restaurant fails miserably....

My original rating was a 4-star, but I left the place both my wife and I found a taste of bitterness in our mouth that lasted for a few hours. I suspect they used too much msg.
Have dined in and taken out quite a few times recently and every single time it is fantastic. They pack takeout orders better than any other, and they are generous with sprouts and other add-ons to the soup (always crunchy and fresh)Can't wait to go back

Good rich flavour from the pho broth. I had the steak pho and it is tender and lean. Good amount of beef. I highly recommend. I have been to many pho places in Vancouver and lower mainland but this is my place to go to. Ask for the Thai basil if they don’t include it with the bean sprouts. Good clean restaurant with good service.

Good service and atmosphere. The noodles are sticky and clumped together. The noodles are also too short. They seem more like the ones you get premade from superstore.The pho is below par compared with decent pho places elsewhere in the lower mainland.
