I disagree with the 1 star review below. Our experience was delightful. The food was fresh and delicious. Morica and Don was so pleasant and helpful. And I have recommended Jav’s to every member of my family. Looking forward to eating there again ???

The go-to place when you're craving for filipino foods ?. They have the all you can eat &or order per serving. You can sing karaoke ? while you dine. Friday's they have a live stand up singer. They do catering for parties as well.

This place is too good to be true!! As a matter of fact it's a ripoff!! They advertise that it's all you can eat place but there's a catch they will pick the dishes that they feel like serving & to top that off they won't allow you to go get your own food!!! They will bring the food to your table in a very stingy way!! The quality of food is not even comparable to the well known Filipino restaurants around here in Vancouver!!! I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to any of my friends!! Worse eating experience I've ever had in a Filipino restaurant in the lower mainland!!!!!

The food that I ordered for the family day party it’s obviously not cooked on the same day. I waisted almost wort $500 of food. Everyone says it’s smells really bad and the taste it’s like an old food from cooler, so I decided to pull out all the food that I ordered from this store, for the health safety of everyone. I hope this helps you before you decide to place an order.

We had very bad experienced. We ordered 4 dishes (plus the free pancit)-their Pork sisig is WATERY (masabaw), smells odd (smells spoiled and taste weird (maasim at panis).-their dinuguan is not cooked. We had to heat it up and still not cooked. The sabaw has an odd bright red colour and smelled undercooked.-when we got the order you can see that it is not freshly cooked. You can see that the oil from the fats are forming into solid. And they are no longer warm to touch. Mind you, we picked it up at the agreed pick up time.We will escalate our complain if any of us, including our guests, had food poisoning or stomach upset after tonight. (Disgusting) they should close this store if they are not going to cook it properly. The price is not cheap either.Even our visitors noticed all these complaints.Please do not order here in the future. Unless they do major change in their line of cooks.Reply: Yes, investigate and give me an update. I’ll be checking for updates and I expect some answers coming from you. In fact, the day before pick up, we called them and they slipped up and said that they’ve already prepared the food. My partner was on loud speaker and my siblings heard it. So we know that the food that they served were not fresh and were stale.

I wanted to enjoy my lunch but they served me a burnt food. I waited for 20 mins since they told me it will take sometime to prep. It looks like it got reheated and burnt the pork. I lost my appetite and left. I went to Wendys instead across the street and bought myself some chicken nuggets.

I ordered pork bbq through skip and when I got my food, the meat was raw and I had to throw it out. Bad cooking and the pork bbq looks disgusting!

Good ambiance, clean restaurant, friendly server cook and Owner.The best part is authentic Pinoy taste ; especially the arroz caldo that brought me back to IloIlo..Highly recommended.Parking: Lots of parking around the vicinity, safe and close by.
