I ordered a few bubble tea with my friends and there is a couple complaints I have .First complaint is the pearls were awful and in my opinion not edible and second complain is that they packed my drink with a lot of nice and they didn’t fill my drink up to the top.

I always order my protein smoothies here! The staffs are nice and friendly. I also love the Jugo Rewards coz I always have free smoothies after multiple visits. And every after 3 visits, you can get a free small smoothie. Love it!!! ♥️♥️♥️

Bought one of their signature purple drinks. It tasted like I ordered frozen banana pureed with purple food coloring. It had no additional flavours.You might want to ask them in detail about what ingredients go into the drink in what quantities before you order anything from them.

I've ordered a drink with Uber and canceled it, so I don't take an Uber order and cancel it... You guys know that even if I cancel Uber, you get pay from Uber. And I also pay the money I ordered on the right side as it is. It's not clear why you guys are canceling my order.

I tried the blue crush and vanilla matcha smoothies. Both were good, although maybe next time I wouldnt get lemon juice in the blue crush. The cashier, Baljinder, had great customer service. Overall, my first experience at Jugo Juice was amazing! :)

Not even 2 minutes after ordering and my drink is almost melted, and tastes like apple juice, not like the strawberry smoothie I ordered. Horrible service as well, clearly customer service doesn't matter here. Wouldn't even bother wasting your money here.
