I love kfc and here it just tastes more polished then other kfc places I would recommend the box meals.the service is okay put isn't positive.and it's pretty dirty at the location.

Unusually dry that I cannot eat the chicken. The sides are all okay, nice and fresh. Going back to the chicken, it was very strange as they should fry their chicken relatively recently.

yo this is for the most possibly a private owner of this franchise ffs, please stop your gambling addiction, sell some of your luxury cars and airbnbs. and hire more staff. your people are struggling doing orders and preparing them at the same time resulting 15 min or more serving time to customers. just please or close down store stop leeching. thank you?

Stopped by here in way home for a quick bite. The place was filthy. All Tables were dirty, not cleaned and wiped down and same had garbage still sitting on it from previous customers. Garbage Cans Overflowing. Absolutely Digusting. Poor Customer Service. Staff arguing loudly with each other about breaks, etc... My Chicken Burger was basically bone dry after I opened, so asked for some Mayo, charged for it even thou burger was pretty much dry. Asked for napkins as none originally given and that seemed to be an ordeal. The worst condition of any Fast Food Restaurant ever stopped at. Just see many other reviews as well on Google, in addition Yelp.

We purchased a 6pc chicken (3drumsstick and 3thigh) with 2 sides combo in a drive thru store and paid $31.49. When we got home the chicken were so small and cold and the gravy seems to lack broth. Is this a new standard for KFC. Definitely this not at value and obviously highway robbery.

Why have an order pick-up area if every person that just walks up to the cashier get their order first! Fix your system!And your Google Maps location is incorrect. It’s taking you to a different building.

I ordered 4 pcs chicken w/ two spicy and 2 reg. One chicken leg in there was about a size of two fingers only which is literally very small. I ask the counter person why so small and I’ve got replied, like this “it is small because that’s a regular one with single breading only while the spicy is double breading looks a litle bigger.” And turn thier back continue thier job. WOW!! I would like to reach KFC mgt team the action of your staff is the reflection of your leadership. Unwelcoming staff, poor service, poor quality and poorly train in customer service. This store care only for money and those staff litterally ruining the image brand. What a shame. No wonder this store will loosing customer and no wonder this business will not stay for long. It will gonna close soon. This will serve as warning to other customers, dont GO there or else you will find yourself angry and disappointed. What a shame KFC.
