Terrible food and cafe, horrible service, had a really bad experience here. Not recommend.

I'd been wanting to try this place for awhile and was very disappointed. NONE of the toys worked and many of them were not in good condition. When I asked the worker why they weren't working he said they needed batteries and he hadn't had a chance to replace them. He was quite rude with me and said that previous patrons didn't seem to have an issue with it. I told him for $9, I expected that the toys would actually be working! The prices for coffee and food are also outrageous! Starbucks is cheaper and I'm sure tastes better. Save yourself time and money and skip this place!

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE.I brought my 15 month old to play and I regret it. Never again will I come back and will tell everyone I know how bad this place is.We arrived at 3:30, didn’t get our drinks till 5:30 only because when I went up to order she told me she was busy and will come grab me when she was free… never did! I went back at 4:30 and placed my order. I asked for an iced coffee decafe with 2 Splenda and she made it with cream and when I took it back up she yelled at me. No joke. She yelled at me saying next time I need to tell her no milk. The owner lady is absolutely rude. The toys are dirty and broken. It seems like they’ve never cleaned this place. The drinks are so over priced. But honestly if I had a pleasant experience here I wouldn’t mind paying but I promise I will never come back here.

Not a big variety of toys. Over priced.

Lots of space for my 1 year old to play and had age appropriate toys for him, but the toys were not well maintained or cleaned. Most of the toys were quite dirty and the ones with sounds did not work (probably needs batteries replaced). The price for food is also a bit outrageous for a cafe. I spent $25 for a small smoothie and a grilled sandwich off the kids menu. It honestly has a lot of potential if it was maintained and looked after. Wouldn’t recommend again in my personal opinion.

We gave this place a couple tries, mostly out of desperation for somewhere in Surrey/Langley to take our littles. In our experience the staff are extremely nice, but this place needs so much attention. The food is so overpriced for the quality. but the worst part is the toys are in total disrepair. Dirty, broken, or dead batteries. And let's be honest, when you're paying for admission for a place, you want the toys to at least light up/make sounds, to captivate your kids.We won't go back here, and I wouldn't recommend it to others. Not only do they need new toys, but it would be nice if the toys rotated, so for repeat customers, there would be new/interesting things for children.

Will unfortunately not be coming back. Made the drive out with my 2.5 year old, as nice as it is to be able to sit and drink a coffee while my child plays, this is not the best place to go. The food is crazy expensive, they do not even allow outside water I got told no at the front door with my toddlers sippy cup. The toys are broken, dirty, no batteries in them. The lady at the front door was not very pleasant when I explained it was our first time here. Went to leave I was charged almost $27 for one child's 7-in cheese pizza entry for a two and a half year old and one Gatorade.

I hate giving full one star reviews but three times now I've been here to give it hope but time again and again this place has shown filthy display of sanitary for kids I'm contiplating calling the city to see if there are health violations. Their grass carpet stinks. There are broken toys everywhere. The toys are not cleaned. Would it hurt to go to the dollar store and buy some batteries so at least a toy works! The climbing set is filthy never gets cleaned. The woman coughs continuouy without a mask in the kitchen/front area. Rude service. $8.95 for a coffee hahahaha!!!!!! Disgusting at the least and I will be seriously contiplating calling the city. It's sad the toilets are cleaner and I'm not even being mean I'm being serious. That's freaking sad!!!!!

Very, very overpriced for extremely mediocre food and drinks. $11 for a coffee should be criminal.

First and last time here. This place is crowded with toys and no space to play. Foodwise I order wings for my child and it was spicy, I complained about it and ask the lady for a none spicy one and just in case with no pepper. Oh surprise, chicken was spicy again. I left right there and then having to pay 59 for a flat rate of 9$/2hr and the overpriced food. On top of that, when I asked what was on the wings so I don't order it spicy again, she acted all cocky about it as if I was to steal her recipe, so I definitely wont be back to this place. I really do not recommend it at all.

its alright, my main issue is the play area especially the toys are dusty. They also put them in a milk crate. toys dont have battery on them so basically useless. please sanitize your whole place

Ok so the coughing is definitely off putting and the prices are insane. I completely agree.I think this place does deserve some praise. My kids had a blast and I would bring them back. I will not be ordering food again - very overpriced for what it is. I will eat first then come here to play with maybe a coffee (while overpriced) to sit and watch the kids.My advise is just come prepared to pay or pre-game. We got small latte, large latte, fries, grilled cheese and Mac and cheese and it was $58.00. A bit much. However, if you’re a parent you know that kids stuff of this nature (indoor play areas) cost money. It’s never cheap and affordable. The bathroom was well equipped to change babies if needed.

This was our first and last time coming here.. Wish we read the other reviews before coming. Extremely overpriced!! Ready food bought from Costco and just heated, then charging an arm and leg for them. At the end we find out there was a $9 admission fee which she never mentioned when we first came in and she was going over the rules. Toys are in poor condition, seems like they were all purchased from garage sales.

Went in with my 2 year old and was very disappointed. The place was completely empty and smelled very unsanitary. The kids equipment was poorly maintained and many items were broken. Staff completely ignored us, which was probably for the best as we heard continuous coughing and hacking from the kitchen area. Literally couldn't get out of there fast enough!

This spot is perfect for parents! While your little one plays, enjoy a coffee and delicious Hawaiian pizza. Friendly staff and great food make it a hidden gem!
