Food took long and they cut my burger in half… I only noticed when I got home so wasn’t able to question them about it. Severely understaffed, make sure to budget a good 15-20 minutes to get your food. Very often they don’t have food in stock and offer replacement items of lesser value. Not impressed.

$10 for this. Tbh parts that had sauce had decent flavour but everything was so sparce. Someone forgot the pickles also. (ironic part is, I forgot they were supposed to be there but just saw a commercial for this!) Guess he was too busy on his personal call. Service was as sparce as the ingredients on the bun.

We got poutine and a 5 piece meal. Poutine was good but the chicken was dry and bland and the potato wedges were so gross! Our cashier was a little rude also ? Nothing like it was when I came here 7 months ago not to mention all the prices went up sense then it isnt worth it...DONT RECCOMEND!

Tried a little bit of a few things. Their buffalo wrap things were ok. Chicken was decent. Chicken sandwich was good and the snack bowl was ok ( could have used a bit more chicken though ) Not my go to for chicken but I would eat again

Please if you're going to call it a Korean crunchy Burger for the love of God have Korean flavors!! .1. your coleslaw is the same as you put on your other sandwich you would think they would at least get kimchi flavor coleslaw. 2. And the sauce what the hell is the sauce. This is nothing remotely close to being anything Korean flavor. You guys are falsely making Korean flavors look bad. Order the new K-Chrunch sandwich and got some knock-off sandwich made by someone in the back. No brioche bun, instead just a soggy sesame bun, No fried onion, No soy-garlic sauce. I hear good things about mary browns, but this location almost always makes some of the worst fried chicken sandwiches i've ever had and it's really hard to mess up such a basic sandwich. But this place has some how messed it up 4 out of 5 times i've been here.If you don't have the buns or right ingredients at least tell your customers so we can order something else. Won't bother coming to this location again.

Ordered a 3 piece meal.Two teenagers working.Kid in the kitchen went to give the kid in front my salad.Looked at me, said something to the other kid in Hindi. Nodded towards me while talking to him and laughing, other kid laughed and side eyed me.Kid took my salad back into the kitchen for no reason.These kids did something nefarious to my food guaranteed.Threw the food away, no point of saying anything.No proof.Never going back.

I've been ordering from this location through Uber Eats for a while now and they're always good. Tonight, I ordered two spicy big Mary's and I could only get through half of a sandwich before my stomach started turning and my mouth was on fire. It's been an hour since I stopped eating and my stomach and mouth still hurt. I've had these sandwiches multiple times before and they were never this bad. Someone needs to check the sauce because that amount of spice could make people sick.

Horrible first time experience at Mary Browns. I ordered a large macaroni and the cashier ignored my question about it being a cold mac salad or warm mac n cheese. It was cold, and I returned it, to then got attitude that I was somehow in the wrong. They tried upselling me to even out the cost because a refund would “take a while”. I then asked for a full refund which took another few mins to which I angrilly asked for cash instead. Never go to Mary Browns at any Surrey location. Customer service doesnt exist in here.
