No handicap or stroller access in the washroom, no place to change a baby in the washroom.Renovations are done so there is a family washroom now however the service is so slow waited 20 mins for 3 sausage and egg McMuffins and a McDouble meal, fries were unsalted, sprite was just water and the manager was arguing with someone over a hamburger

They don’t even deserve a single star … I ordered 3 burgers in drive thru and they gave us 2 after a long wait of 10 mins. The manager Ankita she has a wrong attitude to speak to a customer and when I asked for a refund she literally took the packet and threw it in a bin. This store employees are literally illiterate regarding customer service and senior should take a step on this.Highly disappointed..

Lousy and slow service. It takes forever to get your order and the staff keeps chit chating rather than focusing on their job.
Fairly good place, we have been coming here ever since we moved here. Service is good and bad, it depends when you come. The atmosphere changes each time you come because one day staff can be all freindly, and others people are miserable and they want to be home. The food is amazing most of the time, just not in the morning, I perfer their lunch and dinner options because other places do better with that. Anyway, hope to see this place grow and become better.

It took good 5 minutes for them to take my order for 4 vanilla ice cream.After the order was placed it took them around 20-25 minutes which was after me giving them reminder.Overall rating is 0 Star. Front counter completely disorganized. Manager advised me the drive through is busy.
