Frustrated by their process with the numbering on the screen. Basically when I order pick up there is no number displayed at all in the "check you number" screen... And I end up waiting forever (vs other McDonald's) for my order.... Don't know why they bother with the numbering system....

2 weeks ago I ordered a double cheese burger. I drive back to work only to see one patty so I drive back wasting my lunch time and gas. Sure I got it fixed but will never get that gas or time back. This week the first French fry was so salty I had to spit it out. Again drive back wasting my lunch time and more gas. Sure they made me a new one but nothing for my time and gas.I miss the old days when they would at least offer a free drink, pie or offer my money back. It’s called customer service.

McDonald’s is a FAST food restaurant. Was here a few minutes after it opened and ordered a simple egg McMuffin meal. Waited over 10 minutes for it despite NO lineup. The girl working the front till was more interested in socializing with some of the Walmart employees who were finishing up night shift.

They close at 10. Showed up at 9:37 they said we are closed. I said normally? What why? Anyways I asked kindly for a manger or owner contact. They said there was none. It’s always dirty here clearly this place is run poorly and I think they’re stealing time from the clock.
Foods to be expected for quality, but slow and zero customer service really.

My 10 year old girl wanted to try a French vanilla drink without coffee, I am not a coffee person, so I tried to order and double check with them. The girl named Julie or Judy said they have. But when I received the drink,I got an iced coffee. I went to tell her it was not right, she is too young for coffee(very nicely), she started to give me a very bad attitude in front of the kids. She didn’t apologize at all. I will never come to this location again for sure.
