Every time I’ve come here in the last 6 months I’ve been asked to wait. I’m not getting anything complex, usually nuggets and fries or a cheeseburger. Every single person has to wait. Why can’t we just wait in the line and have the food ready like every other McDonalds? It’s annoying.
Have to say, was PLEASANTLY surprised today when we visited this location. Waited a little bit at drive through to order, and team member was very apologetic. When we waited for our food for a very short period of time, again, very apologetic and provided a couple of items for free.We typically visit the Fleetwood location, which is horrible. The location in Cloverdale is totally worth the trip. Order was perfect and service was top notch. Our new favourite choice.
