First time taking my kids here. The place is big but quite dim. Selections are few and strawberry yogurt tastes quite bad my boy (who eats everything) would not even eat it even with sprinkles on top!

Did not smell clean and yet we pressed on, wanting froyo.Half the machines didn't have yogurt in them.No samples because <insert employee shrug and smirk>The tart flavor was so watery. Didn't know frozen yogurt could taste so freezer burned but here we areThe serving spoon for the cherries was wet somehow, where has this handle been? ?The price is the price - everything is expensive in this economy so I expect no less than gouging. I don't mind if it's good, but this wasn't.The tip option at the payment terminal is the final umm no thank youUsed to love this place, it was a fantastic option to take the family for a fun DIY dessert, even if it was $30 for the family. I don't think I'd go back even if it was $1.Is this just what it is now to go out for treats? ?♀️

My family and I used to visit here regularly and never had any issues other than sometimes a lack of flavours. After our recent visit, we'll be visiting a different location from now on. It started out frustrating that half of the flavours on display had the "low" light flashing and nothing was coming out of the machines. There was no initiative from the staff member, after we tried the third flavour that was out, to try and fill up the mix in the back. Unfortunately that was not the tipping point. A few bites into my yogurt, I found one dead fruit fly after the other - three in total from what I saw before I took it to the front. The response I got was "if this happens, you can just get another yogurt with the same amount". There were no questions asked about what toppings I had or an attempt to try and figure out exactly where the flies had come from. What I gathered was that this is a common occurrence and the staff member told me it's because the sugar in the open toppings in the cooler attracts the flies. I ended up getting another yogurt with no toppings and proceeded to see the staff member refilling the topping station without taking out and cleaning the inserts. It is appalling to me, who has worked in customer service for 15 years, that there was no apology and no effort to try and prevent this from happening to someone else. As mentioned, we will no longer be visiting this location and hope that the staff here take more consideration towards cleanliness in the future.

I went here for dessert with my friends but wouldn't do it again.I'm sure the store itself has no control over prices, since it is a franchise, but the price isn't worth the froyo.I got vanilla froyo with cheesecake bits - the vanilla tasted odd? I wasn't sure if it was some weird chemical flavour or if it was just the taste of ice. The cheesecake bits were decent.

First thing first. It was horrible in terms of test and form. It was so watery and made me don't go to Manchie's again. Meanwhile, I think I am being overcharged. I always go to langley location, I pay 18 to 24 each time for the same amount but this time at this location I was charged 36+ dollars. I don't really care about the money , but the test was horrible. I recommend everyone to stay away from this location until Manchie's confirms here thT they have addressed our concerns. Thank you.
