The workers were screaming at eachother for the 20 minutes I was there. The food was cold on the inside and wasn't seasoned. Workers were being pushy and not listening to my order, had to repeat three times. I was the only customer in the store.

I am from Toronto and visited this store 6 months ago. Taste is always good here but I would like to give 5 star because I like the positive environment. That credit goes to the staff because they treat me very politely and serve me like a home . Thank you so much for the precious food .

This place used to be good, I would go here after working out like twice a week and was always satisfied, back then it would be 4 or 5 stars. In the last few months though I've gone less and less because the last few times the chicken had turned and tasted so bad, like it had been left out all day not properly taken care of. Really sad, I don't think the workers even try the food to check if its alright? It should be obvious that meat cant be left out in the open all day long. Some urgency about not giving people food poisoning should be prioritized cause that seems to be going downhill.

I hope you understand that if someone is asking for veggies fajita bowl and you give half bowl and not adding reasonable amount even when asked (she said it will be extra as one more topping). It is $15 for a half bowl. You are also out of brown rice and asked if white rice is okey (which we accommodated and said fine) one is chicken one and other two are veggie in the picture. Please understand people work 12 to 16 hours and then come to eat in mucho burrito for dinner.

The food and service was really good and quick. I did dine in there and it was very difficult for me to sit and eat because there AC is not working. I felt very bad for the ladies working there. Management should look after it ASAP. Else everything is really good.

Raw chicken and cooked chicken handled with the same tongs.Raw chicken juice all over the counter and dripped over the cooked products. I was mortified and emailed the restaurant as well as head office with no response!!! Will never eat here again after getting sick previously and now seeing this. Read

the customer service at this location is very awkward and depressing. Compared to other locations the food is often poor and inadequate. I always have to ask for extra due to the small servings they serve and every time I do, they charge me extra. Lack of care when it comes to preparing the food and showing any enthusiasm whatsoever. I’m going to stick to other locations from now on. I’ll take a longer drive to avoid this place.
