1.5/10 I live close by and I’ve gone in a couple times now. The wait time for pickup was 45 minutes and when I arrive I have to wait another 10 minutes for a pizza. The pizza isn’t too bad but this last time we found a long black curly hair baked into the cheese so I’m not going to order anymore. I went one night and ordered a pizza for $20.00 and I gave the girl a $50 bill and she tries to only give me $20.00 back. I guess it’s only worth it, if everything else is closed?

They forget to add ordered stuff,Even we wait 50 minutes for food. Rude behaviour. In last, burgers taste was inedible.Horrible Service. If i gave one star review but this shop food should not deserve a zero star review. Full food wastage.

It was really a worst experience at this restaurant. The food i ordered had a very bad taste it was just a waste of money even the waiting time is too much .The burgers are like i was eating something sour it was not fresh . Customer dealing is also not very good .

If it was up to me I would give this place a zero I ordered 2 veggie lasagnas which I picked up…. They were sold out of garlic bread but before informing she took full payment and then informed me which is fine cause I understand bread is complementary but when I get home and I opened the lasagnas…. 1 was not even lasagna it was spaghetti but it was covered with cheese which they hid really well. When I called the place then the lady informed me that the lasagna was finished and they didn’t want to boil more… the owner tried very hard to deliver food but I just couldn’t I don’t recommend eating here at all or ordering anything I have never had such a bad experience
I’ve visited this place twice as the smosa’s are so yummy & the girl on the counter named prabh is so nice and helpful.

*Utterly poor and unprofessional customer service*served Ketchupy Chili Paneer for Paneer Tikka masala.*pendu girl on front desk kept insisting “we use Chilli-sauce in Paneer tikka- THIS IS OUR RECIPE”.*desi aunties are their cooks- who know nothing of the continental recipes.*money wasted- not returning ever*going to do my part by ringing the bell among friends and family about their arrogance and unapologetic attitude.
