They have a male cook who has a cold cough.He had a towel on his shoulder he was coughing in it constantly. I saw him,pick up a samosa that he droppped on the floor with the round spoon he was using for cooking.He chucked the samosa from a far distance into the trash.Then he picked a samosa to pack for my order with his bare hands. I advised the lady at tye front counter to correct my order.He should respect customers hygiene and health and should conduct himself in accordance with food safety guidelines.

Don’t want to give even one star. We got sweet which have fungus . There was a young girl on front who denied to return money even though admit their fault and keep the box which was bought fifteen minutes before.

I purchased golgappa and dahi Bhalla which when I brought home was totally messed up.Plate and glass was leaking and I threw it out.Taste of dahi Bhalla is not good.I also ordered mixed sweet box containing 3-4 varieties which when I opened was totally mixed. Gulab jamun was in barfi, gazrella all scattered Oh God ! No diversion of box was done.Presentation totally zero , really I felt so embarrassed in front of guest to whom I presented sweet box.

Their samosa is of very bad quality. Its second time we ordered from them and the potato filling of samosa is not properly boiled…it was hard also some samosas were burned…some difficult to chew?. Never going to order from them again ever. Staff is also very careless.

We ordered a large quantity for two family events. For the first pickup, we had to wait over 30 minutes beyond the agreed upon pick up time. Asked the manager (Jas?) for them to be on time for our second pickup later that same day. He said yes of course, he’s on top of it, etc. But when it came time to pick up the second time around, this time they were 40 minutes late. Couldn’t be bothered to be on time. Didn’t apologize. Didn’t offer any discount for being late. Didn’t offer any extra throw ins on the house for our inconvenience. We’re not going back again. All our guests at our events wondered why the food was late, and we told them all that the service here was awful, and the manager clearly can’t manage. Stay away!
