I placed an order for delivery over the phone. They were very helpful and easy to talk to on the phone but, the food was very underwhelming.The delivery took an hour to arrive. When it finally got to me and my family we dug in right away. To our surprise the pizza tasted like it had been sitting out ready to be eaten for quite sometime. The cheese had solidified and 1 of our pizzas was missing ingrediants. Panago is one of my favourite pizza chains but this location was a big let down.I am normally understanding of a mistake here and there but this was overwhelmingly, under-whelming.

Bought 8pcs of honey garlic chicken and a mini newyork cheesecake. The cheescake was 5/5! The chicken wings were very bland and tasted more of just basic ketcup.
