We have always ordered at Pearl fever but this branch’s female staff was arrogant. She didn’t ask us beforehand for our points barcode and just proceeded with the payment when we told her she said we did not tell her putting the blame on us when she didn’t even bother to ask and also we wanted to claim our birthday reward for one of our orders but she said she couldn’t because she already sent the payment and that we just have to pay for it because the scanner wasn’t working properly and they need to get a new one.

Pearl Fever has the best Taro compared to all the other places nearby (Coco, Presotea, ShareTea, ChaTime). The slush texture is really nice and the flavour is better. Plus they have plastic straws that don't get soggy.

This Pearl Fever location is busy and very loud. I often found myself missing them call my order because the blenders are constantly going at full blast or their music is loud. I don’t seem to find this being an issue at the other Pearl Fever locations. That goes the same for when I make my order. I find myself almost yelling my order out to let them know I want no pearls but somehow get pearls put into my order. I try to avoid this Pearl Fever location overall.

Don't let the name Pearl Fever hold you back from the real deal. Kris, the manager was very helpful when I came in to try something new.Instead of my regular basic taro milk tea, he recommended me the royal Rocher. IT'S MADE WITH REAL CHOCOLATES. My new favourite.KRIS YOU THE MAN!

I went in there for the 1st time and ordered 3 drinks, after waiting in a line for quite some time because there was only 2 people working there.I asked for no pearls in my drink and the order was repeated to me 3 times but it was still made with pearls.They make you pay with a card so you're forced to give a tip, so I basically tipped for them getting my order wrong and not even acknowledging it or apologizing. I definitely would not go back here and I don't recommend anybody else does either. Waste of money and time.

I got a matcha oreo flavoured with pearls. The pearls weren’t cooked properly; the middle part was hard. The price was $11 in total just for one bubble tea. The taste was bland and did not taste anything like oreo or matcha. I thought it was highly overpriced with the inflation. The bubble tea was not large size either.
