I personally have been to this place more than thrice. I like the taste. The quality and quantity is amazing for a good price.

I came with high expectations looking at their menu and I left with disappointment. Banh xeo (pancake) was very thick, oily, and not crispy like it's supposed to be. Canh chua (sour soup with basa fish) was another disappointment, not only the taste was off but also the veggie, hmmm, hard to call it authentic when they put celery instead of doc mung. My husband was happy with his banh mi bo kho (beef stew) though. Cafe sua da is the only thing that was made well that day.

During a short stay in our Surrey trip, this restaurant had the best food and value we found. The pho was so good, we had to return the next day for the lemon chicken which was delicious.

Ordered house special and chicken banh mi, the soup is too salty and noodles all stuck together. The sandwich was okay.

first time in this restaurant.food: had the pho special with salad roll. the salad roll was decent. shirmp and pork/beef with pickled vegetables inside. big roll with lots of peanut sauce. the pho however wasn't good to me. i like pho leaning towards salty, but here has a strange salty taste. broth wasnt beefy. esthetically soup not clean if that matters. toppings were lacking a bit but even then the taste was meh. with both items, total was bit over $20 with tax.service: nothing special. ask you for tea or water then serve food. no attitude.atmosphere: bit uncomfortable being the only person their, quiet with no music or tv, while host sitting on a table sorting some kind of gaming cards. all you can hear are vietnamese ladies talking loud in the back kitchen.tl;dri dont recommend this restaurant for pho based on my first visit. maybe other dishes better.

Food is really quite amazing !**Lots of parking in the back but 30 min street parking!!I was on my way from north Surrey to white rock and is feeling a nice hot bowl of PHO. So I google the area and find there is 2 pho restaurants on my route.Now. My first impression of the name - Pho Queen was that this place is not going to be good. But I came into to give a try anyway. As I walked in at around 12:10 pm, a middle-eastern-looking waiter greeted me. I was like red flag +1.Bright green & white paint throughout the restaurant, Red flag +2. NO one is dinning at lunch hour??!!, Red Flag +3.As I was planning to leave, I see some photos of dishes on the wall. And those dishes are real authentic Vietnamese dishes that is which is rare to see in most other pho restaurants. I was curious enough again to give it another chance.Long story short, the Bun Bo Hue I tried is delicious, better then 90% of other pho places I have been. Please don’t get fooled by the cover of its book!

Bun Mam is terrible now, not like before. We came here yesterday, the taste of broth is like the taste of MSG, which numbs the tongue. I got vomit after getting home because of the taste of MSG broth! The topping was with 2 tiny shrimps, and 3 very thin flat of fat pork, 1 tiny of piece octopus, 2 pieces of egg plants. Will not ever come here anymore!!

Soup base was very good and the bean sprouts were crisp and fresh. The basil was fragrant and very fresh as well just the way I like it. I had #13 beef and brisket which was was plentiful and very tasty. Ive been here three times now and its been consistently the same each time

One of Surrey's hidden Việtnamese joints known for "cơm Gia đình" (homecooked soulfood) Bún mắm is the House specialty. However there's so many more great items. At a price point that's good for the huge portions and amazing flavours. I've eating here weekly for a year now and it only gets better. The owners are a great husband and wife team. Both are very friendly, courteous and so welcoming. I've never seen anyone ever be over charged for anything and to be very honest I've seen the owners both give extra's no charge for water, tea, extra peanut sauce, fish sauce what ever customers requested.Vegetarian options: Full Buddhist vegetarian menu (owner is vegetarian and Buddhist)Kid-friendliness: Staff caters to family and parents with kids by offering free WiFi and a kids sized PHỞ (not on menu ask staff)Parking: Lots of parking in front and back of restaurant

They had terrible service and ignored us, food had a funny taste and was cheap with their peanut sauce that it was barely enough for the one salad rolls. They over charge when you order extra ingredients and even charge on water and tea and make you pay for the containers and the plastic bag if you have leftover and said that they were a new business and that the government told them that they can't give out free containers but how can they be "new" if they have reviews from a year ago....liars and money grabbers is what this so called "new business"The only thing that was real is the door for leaving.
