It has been awhile since we have been here. Price went up and similar serving portion from before. I never knew that they have a rule of no sharing. Each person should order 1 item each. I don’t like the new rule since my pregnant wife can’t finish a full meal so usually we just share. Unfortunately, we won’t be back. Owners are nice though.

First time coming here I ordered by phone for a pickup. The menu online did not display any prices to the dishes and or did not indicate if there is a small or large for the noodle soups or if it was one size only. I only mention this because if there is an option of choosing a small or large but it's not listed then you have no choice Under the assumption if this true or not to pay for the large. I thought the food is fresh, is tasty and is filling on what I ordered. The service was good and the staff was nice to talk to. Note: it's cash or debit only.

Some of the best Pho I've had in the city. Service was quick and polite. I would highly recommend it. I would highly recommend the house special.Certainly worth my money.I haven't tried the other stuff yet but I look forward to it.

My coworkers and I do takeout from here quite regularly as we’re big fans of the lemongrass vermecelli. I have a non-life threatening peanut allergy so I always request no crushed peanuts, To my dismay, I noticed recently this place charges an extra $4 for custom orders. I don’t understand why I am paying an extra $4 to REMOVE an ingredient that I’m allergic to. While I can understand charging extra for ingredients being ADDED to an order, being charged extra to remove an allergen is ridiculous and doesn’t make any sense.

There nothing wrong with the pho . Reading the comments saying “ it’s flavourless” I can tell they don’t eat pho often or is none Asian . Pho broth is suppose to be clean , not overly salty . You season/salt it in your own bowls . This place is probably one of the better places vs most pho places in Surrey .

The sugar cane shrimp with rice is nice. The problem is that not only did their price go up but the portion became a lot smaller. I don’t think this is the best way to go..

The food is flavourless and bland. I decided to give the restaurant a chance despite reading all the negative reviews. A bowl of pho and spring roll combo cost me $25. When I called to mention this to them the women cussed me out then proceeded to hang up on me. So I went to the restaurant which happened to be empty both the man and women continued to cuss me out. Do yourself a favour and avoid this restaurant at all costs. So many better options in the neighborhood with owners that are much more friendly and appreciative of us spending our hard earned money in their establishment. Also take a look at how they respond to reviews they don’t like … says it all!

Bad customer service. I came here to eat some special foods, but everything in that section they didn't have it.And $8 avocado smoothie without avocado flavour. When I complained her about it, she didn’t say sorry, and toke away the smoothie. She is very rude. Also, I want to ordered more vermicelli, she said no more with an annoyed face.

Horrible experienceI am so Disappointed I used to come here oftenThis time I found a hair in my food and they weren’t even apologeticThey said it’s just a small one 10% offWhen I went to pay the machine wasn’t working, she took my phone and my id and she said go to the atm and get my money. I went to the 711 atm the machine was broken the lady at the 711 said they always have this problem from this restaurantI went back and the lady refused to give me my things and the owner came out to yell at me

By far the worst place ever! Came here to eat with my family of 5. 3 adults and 2 kids under 5 years old. We were not very hungry but was craving soup so we decided to enjoy a hot soup. As we were ordering, I specified the item but owner said just give me the number. We ordered 2 large bowls of soup, the owner(per her) said , No! For 5 people need to order more. So I clarified as I thought she just wanted to make sure we had enough food. She then said, no! 5 people need to order more food. My husband clarified, you will not serve us because we are only ordering 2 soups? We are not hungry and just want 2 soups. Is that ok? Owner said, no! Husband asked, you want us to leave because we are only ordering 2 soups? Owner said yes!Worst service, grumpy servers. I do not recommend this place. I rarely write a review for any establishments but this definitely deserve a 0 star review.

My parents came to this restaurant today at noon, as seniors they don't eat that much, so they wanted to order only one bowl of Pho to share but the waitress refused to take their order and forced my parents to order at least two bowls. My parents can't speak English, they have to use gesture to explain they only want to order one bowl to share, the waitress was very rude and let my parents to leave.No wonder this restaurant's business is very slow! Long weekend Sunday at noon just has one customer is eating inside.Will never go there.
