Yesterday, on Saturday, I ordered the deal pizza- medium veggie pan pizza, I asked if they can please substitute mushrooms with hot peppers, the guy I spoke to over the phone was firstly rude, he said no, because it’s a deal pizza, he won’t do it for me, he can just take the mushroom off the pizza , it’s not a big deal to just substitute the topping, ( I am not asking for something extra ) and the pizza I got had Atleast 5 pieces of mushroom speared over 2 slices, I ate half of the pizza slice and now I have cold sores in my mouth because of the allergy, thanks to you guys.Pizza Hut is amazing but you guys really need to train some of your staff better. Being in the customer service role and having zero empathy plus not bothering about a polite customer request is just ridiculous.

I order online my pizza on 2nd December 2023 . but pizza i got was not properly baked . Then I called around 8 pm on store location from where I got this pizza that is on 12477 88ave surrey. the lady pick the phone call I explained her that pizza I got was not properly baked. But she doesn't want to listen to me . She talked with me so rudely. When I asked her I need to talk to manager she said I am manager and she disappoint me with her way of talking like yelling and screaming . I really want to management to teach this kind of employee what is customer services and how to talk with customer.
My wife ordered pizza from here as we were having guests and it seemed like they reheated old pizza and sent it to us. It was overcooked, dry and stale. Not at all like the fresh pizza we normally expect from Pizza Hut. Wouldn’t want to try this location again.

Food is great but your delivery radius is too small. I don't even live far and yet you won't deliver here. And then if you order on door dash it doesn't show all of the deals you have on your website so we're paying DOUBLE! Insane and that should be fixed.
