My drink was a passion fruit tea with jellies and tapioca bubbles, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Its flavour hit the spot, and I was delighted to be able to taste the tapioca pearls and the jellies felt like tiny, chewier pineapple chunks. Service was quick, tea was on the sweeter side, but there is a choice of adding less sweetness.

I love the bubble tea here but the service has a poor attitude. I get it it’s a minimum wage job and you hate working in the mall but don’t be rude when I just want to order a simple Tiro slush. The girl was rude, and didn’t seem like she even wanted to be there at all. Drink is good but the service ruined it for me.

We were asking for hot drink, but the person made us a cold drink. And the black tea latte tastes like tea bag black tea mix with mater milk. I want my 7 dollars back!!
The drink tasted delicious. I recommended anyone at Guildford to go to presotea rather than coco and new ones that are about to open like cha time. Those places uses syrup rather than real fruit presotea uses to make the drink taste not only fresh but Healthy. Can adjust the sugar as well if not feeling very sweet. 100% best in Guildford

Delicious bubble tea. We had the orea and matcha cloud, the lychee cloud and the match latte with red bean and jelly boba. They were very tasty and the flavours were fresh and balanced. Great bubble tea place.
I went to the store on Nov 23 at 1:17pm. There was one staff person at the store, and he was super friendly. Very polite and happy with a smile. ??The Milk Tea Triple Combo was pretty good as well. It is right on the point in terms of the flavour.Store was clean, and it has modern decor.Highly recommend the place! ??

They only make what's specifically on the menu, you can't ask for any other topping in your tea. They dont do offer tea with no ice. Just take the money and make whatever the heck i say.

Never had any issues as we’ve been coming over the years. They use fresh fruits and taste has always been consistent with their teas or fruit drinks but price is up there. They’ve recently changed their cups but like to see what I drink with the older transparent cups.
