The bakery items are a day old and tastes rotten. I got the egg tart and coconut tart in the morning and they were both tasty rotten. Egg tart tasted spoiled, as if they left it for a day. It smells like foot when I attempted to eat it. The coconut tart was very dry and also tasted rotten. I would never come back here to get any bakery item.

Yesterday we bought Portuguese tarts and a couple of meat turnovers. Tarts were awful, nothing like real Portugese tarts should be. Anyone who tasted properly made tarts will see the difference. They were inedible and we threw them away. Turnovers are very oily. I can’t evaluate their cakes as we didn’t buy them. My suggestion avoid turnovers and ”Portugese” tarts.

I’m a regular here. Bought some pastries yesterday and I forgot to buy a bag after paying so I asked nicely if she can give me a small brown bag to separate one of the pastries and she told me to pay another 15 cents so I had to tap my card again since I don’t have change. Pls try to be nicer & considerate to your customers sometimes. It’s not always about money!

I’ve been a long standing customer. The food is great and customer service usually good. However the girl taking my cake order over the phone today was next level, rude and impatient with me. She was so rude that I hung up on her and I decided to call Maxime bakery down the road to place my cake order even though it was slightly out of my way. I wanna make sure to note that this might be an isolated incident. Maybe she was a new hire as most of my experiences in the past over the years have been positive.

Saint Germain is my go-to Asian bakery for birthday cakes! My favourites have been the durian cake and strawberry white chocolate cake.If you ask for a durian cake, the cashiers will ask you multiple times if you've ever had durian before LOL. Funny but a much-needed question for those who don't know what it is. The durian cake often comes frozen so give time to thaw if you're buying the day of serving!The durian cake is a perfect balance of sweetness, the cake itself is dense but not too dense, the layer of durian is a mix between actual chunks and a paste, and the cream is perfectly light. The durian layer is small but it really shines through in every bite--an amazing burst of flavours. I tried the lobster rolls for the first time and they're just okay! Pack filled with lobster, soft delicious bread for my soft mouth, but the lobster was a little too plain! For the price, I don't find it worth it other than to try once! I liked that they put the lobster in parchment paper to keep the bread from getting soggy on my way home. It's a small little bakery in a corner of Guilford Town Centre. No seats but there are some standing tables right outside if you want to enjoy your baked goods right away.

Delicious cake! It was not too sweet. It was not bland either. Fruits in the cake were as fresh as can be.Service is fast and smooth.Price is a bit high if you consider the overall work put into the product, then the price I would say is justified.
Got my husband a Rose cake for his birthday and he commented it was probably the most delicious cake he's ever had.

They did not help to resolve the manner of the issue but instead gossip amongst themselves.
