Went specifically for clam chowder as it came up as one of the best in Vancouver. Was definitely the most tasteless chowder I have ever had, and did not see any clams in it at all. Tasted like flour in water. Three bites and I left the rest on the table and went someone to eat.

Amazing fish that crubles as you eat it and pairs awesome with the tarter sauce.Fries were also good, a little on the softer side, but nothing that deminished the experience.I recommend getting 2 pieces as the fish pieces are a little small, otherwise great service, great food and a convienientally placed location even if your traveling from another city.

Holy crow this was a fabulous meal to start the year off with! Fish were good portions and not overly battered, the batter maintained its crispness even after putting lemon on, the fries weren't too salty nor was there too little, coleslaw was fresh and was well dressed but not sopping wet, crab cake was also perfectly seasoned/delicate inside/nice crispy texture outside. I cannot complain about anything nor make any recommendations to improve the menu. This is such a rare gem and I believe the best fish and chips in Surrey.

First off, the staff was super friendly. 10/10The food was good, but the price was, yeah, wow. 2 pieces of good, but not great, cod of medium size (menu said 5oz) was 26 and change plus tax. This did not include a drink, which was another 3.50, I think. They also had red snapper, halibut, and salmon as options, as well as a very good homemade tartar sauce. While the service was great, and the fish was good, I don't think the experience was $26+ good, but I encourage you all to see for yourselves at least once. They gave my friend and were willing to give me a free sample of their clam chowder. I declined due to allergies, but my friend enjoyed it so much that he ordered some to go for later.

Great find!!!! If I could give 10 stars, I would. The food was great (really great!), service exceptional and friendly place. The chef came to our table twice with samples. Perfect place!

This is most definitely the best fish and chip shop in Surrey. No Beer batter, no animal fats in the fryer, excellent crispy fish and chips. The food was NOT greasy and the tarter sauce was delicious. Service was great, the chef himself came out to check on us. Highly recommended.

The couple at the counter were very welcoming. I’m from out of town and felt like I belonged instantly. Food was second to none, halibut is delicious glad I listen to there recommendations and I am a very big fan of their clam chowder. Definitely returning if I’m in town.

Our family highly recommends Scott’s landing for a delicious fish and chip meal. They take the utmost care is preparing their food fresh daily. It’s hard to find a restaurant these days that goes above and beyond. We will be back!Kid-friendliness: They have a cute little treasure box for kids to pick a goodie at the end.

After picking up my aunt at Guildford T&T , she want me to try the Scotts Landing for their Fish & Chips , she told me it is her regular eating out spot , also there Early Bird Special for $9.99 (till4pm ) not a big place but clean, airy with Maritime decor , menu have a lot of choices , not expensive and my aunt's Early Bird comes one piece red snapper with small fries and perfect for senior , happy to say my two piece Cod very fresh and moist crispy outside not greasy , also we both share the Shrimp Sampler , great food , but amazed me more is the Lady so friendly and attentive , for any successful restaurant , it is not just how good the food taste also it is how good the service is , I ate out a lot from hole in the wall to a 5 stars fine dinning , it is one of the best P.R friendly restaurant I been , truly recommend and my aunt so happy and full . for sure I will be back 100% if I am in the area !

This is a small place, with pretty good fish and chips. It’s pretty informal - you order at the counter and food is brought to you. We had halibut, which was
