I ordered two pizzas and asked them for medium hot and they made it too too much spicy.I think girl didn't listen properly. We all were not able to eat more than one Slice. Really disappointed!☹️

I have been coming here since 2019 . Same order LARGE VEGGIE, Add ginger, cilantro(spoke in Punjabi so I can get my order correct).This new employee puts order for cheese and add ginger cilantro on top off that and we asked for redo ! She got rude and said no you gotta take this! This is not ok! Where’s service? Never returning here again. Pricing going up! Service going down every time .

I was your regular customer since 2015 ' pizza is awesome ' always order from your place 'But today ' 22 October 2023 ' 8.47PM called your store to order a pizza ' called twice ' no one answered ' third time girl answered and sounds really mad (maybe cause i called this many times) as always i give 'em my order ' since i know all the staff ' i said put all the veggies and make good pizza ' i don't know why ' the girl on phone start arguing with me ' about being very specific about toppings ' i even told her very politely to not being rude ' but she keep on going ' maybe they don't wanna take another order ' its almost end of their day ' but i am really disappointed 'I know it does not make a big difference if you loose one customer ' but i am definitely sure there must be more people who have same experience 'Anyways i loved your food for almost 8 years but her behaviour turned down a regular customer .

This is my every friday go to place. Delicious food genuine price best quality.
Today I ordered vegetarian and cheese pizza from newton store location but in veggie pizza I found a small metal ball when I was chewing the bite and when I called the newton select pizza store the girl was so uneducated didn’t even know how to talk she said I can bring the pizza to the store we returned the pizza to the store but the front lady was so rude she said we put the metal piece in the pizza by ourselves and now came to the store for a free pizza well these uneducated nonsense people didn’t even realize that not everyone is the same. We were informing them that there may be a machine or something thats broken or something is wrong so they can get it fixed and not let other people eat the worst food and get worst health but in return we got the blame and they didn’t even felt sorry for there action . WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE STOP EATING FROM THIS PLACE . I am going to complain further as well for the sake others health .
